A while ago, Brandon from Alpine, fencing, (now doing business, as Rare Bears fencing.). Called me and left a voicemail, apologizing for my experience and wanting to make it right. To be honest, I was kind of over it, and did not call him back. Lo and behold today Brandon shows up at my door in person to apologize again! He asked to look at the plants that were destroyed, and with in about an hour he was back at my house with a gift card from Flower World! This is the kind of customer service that has gone by the wayside! Brandon is doing everything in his power to bring back the good old days of making sure the customer is happy and satisfied! I paid him to stain it after the work was completed but he never did, took advantage of me because I went on deployment with the military. I lost over $1k for work that was never performed. He kept promising a refund but never gave it, all I got was lies and excuses. The fence itself was fine at first but the construction methods were shoddy and it started to fall apart within a year. Only challenge was that the initial quote ended up being about $6,000 less than the actual cost because a lot more gravel was needed than anticipated and didn't factor in for the small retaining wall needed on the backside. Over a year ago, I engaged this company due to their reported high-end quality. Initially, their…read morework appeared satisfactory; however, by Christmas of 2023, I observed a decline in the quality of their craftsmanship. It seemed that their workers were prioritizing the completion of their tasks to attend the company party. They informed me that my floor required an additional $5,500 for repairs. Despite this, the floor still exhibits signs of unevenness. The stairs, which were supposed to be high-end, were of substandard quality, and the company had to return to complete the job. However, the work was still under warranty, but it cost an additional $4,000 to fix the squeaking floor they created. The final caulking of the stairs was also unsatisfactory. The caulking of the trim was never completed. I had to hire an electrician to fix their mistakes, which cost several thousand dollars, as they are not certified electricians. Regarding the painting, I noticed several areas where the trim was overpainted and areas that were not adequately painted. I did not receive the high-end quality I expected. I had asked them not to ask me to provide a review, but I keep receiving notices, so I am providing one here.
