Update: I was initially put off by them not having a way to reach anyone in the salon and the concierge number was no help. HOWEVER, when I emailed about my concerns I received a quick reply. I have a weird "shelf" thing that my hair does and Amanda let me come back to get it "fixed". She genuinely wanted me to love my hair and after the fix I absolutely do! Plus, wanted something that's a closer drive to my home/work. My appointment on Tuesday was with Ashleigh, @locksandlore, and she was the absolute sweetest. Even though she's a curly specialist, I wanted someone who truly understands my hair as I make this big shift. I also saw Danielle, @fairiehairie, for the wash and style after the cut and she was lovely. Everyone there was so professional and friendly! Am looking forward to coming back as a regular client to Snapdragon, and plan to get some color and a Brazilian Blowout in the coming months.

B.J. was already booked so I was set up with Lupe. The day of, everything went to heck in a hand-basket. My car battery went dead, the dress I'd ordered was a mess, my leg from an earlier fall stopped working, (I ended up in wheelchair for the wedding), there was more but you get the picture. I finally managed to get the car going and flew up there just in time. Hadn't met Lupe before but trusted B.J. so hobbled in and Lupe was beyond great! Oh did I fail to mention in my mad stressful dash I left my purse at home. So no money, hello! Didn't faze her, she made me look the best and probably didn't know if I'd ever show up again. Promised her I would be right back with the money, sent a friend, she got lost and couldn't find it, I know, I know. I did my trial a few days ago and all I can say is AMAZING! She is absolutely amazing so talented. I booked to have my engagement photos done the same day not realizing how hot it would be. I'm thinking this makeup will be ruined for this 2 hour shoot. Can I say flawless the whole time. It was over 115 and the makeup was still perfect. I'm not a big makeup person so I felt this makeup is going to be so heavy and caked on. But total opposite it looks super natural and lightweight (hopefully that makes sense). If you don't use her your crazy. I would recommend her to everyone. If only I can make more money to have her do my make up daily........ Anyone hiring for part time?
