I have been a loyal client and have referred her tons of business because I knew she was starting a new business out on her own. But after yesterday, my opinion has changed dramatically. Her business has increasingly been going downhill and her behavior toward her clients worse and worse. Yesterday she told me to BLOWDRY MY OWN HAIR. The only reason I obliged was because I was in so much shock. She took me an hour late and then went 2 hours over time when I told her I needed to be somewhere 15 minutes later and had to meet a client of my own. List of shocking behavior: 1. Insulting me 2 appointments ago as to why I went a few months without seeing her. I considered leaving her then. I should have. 2. She has no respect for your time. Increasing wait time (up to 1 hr). She turned away a client and made her come back 3 hours later. 3. Double booking and forgetting to schedule you in. (This has happened twice.) 4. Only cares about your money. She told the client before me that her credit card machine was broken but took mine 1.5 hours later after confronting her about her unprofessional behavior. 5. Her work has been getting worse. My haircut is not as great as it was a few years ago. There are many other better colorists who blend better than her and know how to do balayage much better than her. Dont waste your time here. I dont know why I kept going back. Her haircut is okay but you can find better. Her techniques and styles are outdated. I was shopping around for a new stylist, but I only went back because I was hoping my suspicions weren't true and I was used to her at this point. But suspicions of her unscrupulous behavior were proven correct. Debrah doesn't care about her clients. She has no integrity. And her work no longer warrants what she charges. If I am giving you my money, I expect respect. I asked around to see if I was imagining things. I felt so hurt and undervalued. But everyone agreed with me. You DO NOT treat your clients like this. Your client is there by CHOICE. And we also have the CHOICE not to be your client anymore. Don't get so comfortable that you feel you can disrespect people like this. Let this be a lesson. Be warned.

Missy was super nice and thorough and took the time to discuss my hair with me, make suggestions and listen to my concerns. She and Gia were so kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable, and I was really happy with my immediate results. Now that I have been here for the third time and I feel like what my old salon did to my hair color is behind me, I can truly say that my hair has never looked better. Missy is a master with color and cuts and Gia is so amazing and gentle with blowouts and styling that not only did I love my hair, but I also felt like I had just had a massage. The appointment was for my 3 year old and I'm due to give birth with my 2nd in less than a week but I say no problem. The receptionist says great we'll see you in half an hour. I then come back in half an hour and I ask if the hair stylist is ready. The receptionist says no that she needs 5 more minutes but I can leave if I don't want to wait. This was pretty frustrating and I asked why they wouldn't just call me if she's running that behind and ask me to come later? The receptionist only mentioned that the stylist is just that busy. I wait another couple of minutes and ask again if the stylist is ready. At this point im tired of waiting and ask to get an actual estimated time she will be ready. I see the receptionist go up to the stylist and I see that the stylist is annoyed with the questions. I feel that when you have such a "popular" stylist that people should be better at scheduling their appointments for them. A phone call to say she's running an hour behind would have been great to receive, and the stylist could have taken 2 minutes to check in with me and see what can be done to accommodate me since I wasn't late. The stylist ran behind and should have tried to remedy the problem. At the end I left, it was obvious they didn't care for my business since the stylist is that popular. Overall I was very disappointed and won't return.
