When I finally paid for my items, which included sandwiches, water and medicine that my body required, I found that I had been reported missing 18 months earlier!!! David Paulides even featured me in one of his "Missing 411" books. Do you know how I know? One of the dealers was selling that book and I saw that I was featured as last seen entering Strasburg Emporium!! My wife had remarried, my daughter had children of her own and it took a day and a half to shave my beard off! So bring breadcrumbs, maybe tackle a building one day at a time. Lots of COOL stuff though from 1st Edition book from the 1930s to brand new Hit Wheels, to White House Christmas ornaments and even antique glassware! The booth with the cans if sterno and pots & pans came in handy too! Amazing adventure and I left quite a bit poorer.

When we went inside, there was a lot to see. There are booths where different vendors sell their treasures. We didn't really see much that we were interested in unfortunately. That's pretty unusual for us. The staff also wasn't particularly friendly. No one said anything to us when we walked in and the desk is at the door. That's also unusual. I felt a little underwhelmed but hopefully a visit in will be more promising for someone else.

This is an interesting flea market. We went on a Saturday morning. Admission is free and there is…read morea decent parking lot and clean rest room facilities. There were over a hundred dealers set up with a mixture local produce, baked goods, antiques, household goods and junk. In addition, there are about 6-7 food trucks serving tacos, smoothies and fair type foods. There is an indoor market with specialty dealers. We arrived early and filled the car with treasures. The local produce was really nice with decent prices. I picked up a delicious cantaloupe. I also bought some flowers. Most of the dealers were interesting and friendly. It took about 90 minutes to go through everything. The walk ways are uneven, I tripped at least once, so be careful. Pets are not allowed (but I saw several dogs). All the dealers I talked with were cash only sales.

Seems to be a location with no real focus or quality to offer or worth returning to. Mostly the location has a series of "U-shaped" plywood vendor stalls, that sellers show up daily, and populate with 'whatever' strikes a fancy! We have noticed that most items appear to be charitable-donation level personal clothing, effects, and recycled discarded items. Some sellers don't even bother to conceal the donation bags they have removed from charitable donation bins. The sellers who have produce & food items are not fresh, largely appear to be expired, or obtained from chain sellers per the boxing and packaging they are presented in. Healthcare products as well, appear to be expired and/or discarded items from retail. I would have say this location is more of a curiosity than a flea market.

I plan on making some pillows in the near future. Wow the quilting shop was one for the books, I could have stayed in there for hrs. So many crafting ideas and nice material. They ladies do offer classes, or can tell you who does in the area. They have antique shops, puzzle store, cook ware, toy store, decor and food for purchase. Im sure I missed a few things. This is a must stop if your in the area. All the shops seemed amazing and reasonable priced. Lots of parking, and everyone was welcoming. I met a few fellow antique collectors along the way.
