Very unprofessional since day one. They schedule a diagram appointment and tried to confirm a night…read morebefore at 8pm when no one was at the office and didnt show up for the appointment. The day of the actual diagran appointment they had me waiting at the property for over an hour and they just kept telling me "he will be there in 10min". I also told him I needed to be gone by 3pm since they were over an hr late and he "finished" at 3pm. I was told the report will be ready by one date and I have to be calling every single day asking for it and they leave me on hold and hang up the phone, they say someone will call and they never do, they say the inspector will send it right away, the inspector says someone else will send it and its been over a week and I have not yet received anything. They have horrible phones, its hard to hear when you call them. Who ever answers the phone sounds like they are just waking up. The inspector is so out of it that he kept dropping his clipboard every 5 min. I would most definitely NEVER recomend this company to anyone. Save your money and time.
