My Wife highly recommended this practice after her visits. I found that not only did Dr. Natalia Selvanovskiy did a great job with my broken tooth, cleaning up a cavity and proceeding with a filling, but also kept me informed all the way through the process. She thoroughly explained what she was doing and was very transparent about the whole process, her practical recommendations for future maintenance and treatment if necessary. They did not push for the more expensive treatment as many other dentists would likely do, which I really appreciated, as I feel that any practice that does excellent work, does not need to push anything expensive on their patients. I found them very knowledgeable, articulate, and thorough every step of the way. I truly believe that for any problem a person may have, you need to be involved in what's going on and all options going forward. I really liked the fact that they put all of my scans directly in front of me on their screen. They showed me everything in great detail - it was a completely new experience for me. They were not rushed at all like many dentists I've had previously, trying to get through as many patients as possible. I truly had the sense of someone taking great care of my issues, with a very empathetic attitude. They ensured I was not uncomfortable with any part of the process. The ceiling screen was a very nice touch as well. I had no worries at all, and they seemed to intuitively knew when perhaps I needed to swallow or have some water sucked from the area. I could tell Dr. Natalia was very gentle, yet also very thorough. The right balance for a positive dental experience. The gentleman who assisted was also very pleasant. I think they make an exceptional team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone afraid of dentists or looking for a truly comfortable experience. They were absolutely worth the drive to Langdon considering my experience.

Top notch and customer orientated…read more I appreciate being able to relax and get a service done and not have people speak another language to each other which makes a person feel excluded while working on a pedicure...I thought that I was done...and was getting ready to get out of my seat...all because I haven't had such awesome service in a long time...When Ms Anna tells me that On No she's not done there's more! So I figured why not? The spa/nail salon has a pretty basic interior but the staff were all super friendly and the place was quite clean. My facialist was knowledgeable and friendly, she suggested products but not in a pushy over the top way and she did a really good job. I also got a coupon for a return visit. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great, if you're in the south and looking for a bit of pampering for a good price they're worth checking out.

I phoned this clinic to get advice on how to disinfect them, when they were closed during the Covid times (April 22, 2020), and within 10 minutes a lady called back recommending to soak them in vinegar for 24 hours, changing the vinegar every few hours. I was really impressed how quick she called back, when officially they were closed. A+++ for service.

I recently broke a tooth so needed to get a crown to repair it…read more I needed to wait a bit for my insurance estimate to be approved but I went ahead and booked an appointment with Hometown Dental for a few weeks down the road, and it was perfect timing. The approval came through just a few days prior to my appointment.The office Staff of Beverly, Jericho and Lorraine were very prompt on sending away the X-rays and paperwork to the insurance company quickly. (It needed to go by snail mail as per the insurance companies request). The actual crown was done in one two hour appointment repair which included the time it took to prep the original tooth base, scanning for the crown, production of the crown and placement in my mouth. During the time that they weren't working in my mouth, I was able to relax and watch some excellent television choices. Dr. Brandon Hiang and his assistant Christine were absolutely amazing. I was so comfortable with them both. Their joyful personalities and our "one way" conversations ;) were very enjoyable. They provided the topics and I listened. There was no pain or discomfort and the new tooth felt amazing immediately after a slight touchup while I was still there. I have not to return for any reason or issues. A definite plus in my mind. I could not have asked for a better outcome and strongly recommend any of the dentists in the Hometown Office. In the past I had usually seen Dr Jamison, but as she was booked up, her recommendation to have the work done by Dr Brandon Hiang was very much appreciated.
