I recently had a dental teeth cleaning with the dental hygienist Anne Renee, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. She was professional, gentle, and made the whole process very comfortable. I really appreciated their care and attention. However, my experience with the dental exam was disappointing. According to my dental estimate, the exam wasn't covered by my insurance, and I made this clear to both the Dr. Lavallee and her assistant Sapna. Despite my concerns, Sapna assured me that they would use a different code (as other exam or emergency exam) to submit it to insurance and get it approved. Unfortunately, that promise wasn't kept. Later, I was informed that the insurance did not approve the claim, and I was required to pay out of pocket. I felt misled because I had communicated clearly from the beginning that this exam was not covered, yet they went ahead with it anyway and left me with the bill. So while the cleaning was great, the handling of the exam and billing left a bad impression. Don't trust verbal assurances from the dental office--they will fail you, and don't fall for it, because at the end of the day, they just want the money. They don't care whether it's paid by insurance or out of your pocket. read more

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and always are sure to answer any questions you may have. They accept direct billing which is super nice, and they're in a convenient location to get to as well. They follow the Alberta Fee Guide so I always know what I'm paying for, and I know what I'm getting done, and on what day. They're one of the only dentist's offices I've ever been to that have operating hours past 4pm on a weekday, which I cannot appreciate enough. All in all, this place is really good, and I enjoy coming here. Even if it is a Dentist's office full of drills and noise and such - it's a great place to get some fresh teeth. read more

Trina was the one doing the service and she explained everything and was very professional (even when doing perhaps uncomfortable areas) and she did a great thorough job!! While the staff at Lifepath wellness dental office were always very pleasant and accommodating the actual dental care I received was extremely poor. I had always gone for regular cleanings and check ups however it wasn't until after leaving the dental office for a closer location that I learned that I had a large amount of deep cavities that had never been mentioned to me let alone treated. read more
