We came in without an appointment, and from the moment we walked through the door, the receptionist welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. Dr. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and was incredibly compassionate. She gently numbed my toe with a few injections and removed the nail quickly and efficiently, making what I expected to be a stressful experience much easier than I imagined. My appointment was at 4, they asked me to be there at 3:30 to allow time to fill out paperwork. I was out of there by 4:15! I was greeted by Maria at the front desk who was very welcoming, calming and nice. Then I was greeted by Chris who took me to a room, asked me a few questions and x-rayed my foot. He was a great listener, it was a very speedy process and he took the time to listen to all my concerns. Shortly after the x-ray Dr. Norris came in, told me that luckily nothing was broken, did a little testing with my feet, also listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on how to move forward. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Overall, everyone I encountered was insanely nice and made me feel good in a rather stressful situation. The whole process was so fast, but not so fast that it felt jarring. It was a nice comfortable pace and I wasn't waiting around for hours. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The bad: his front desk, staff treats patients very badly, uses profanity, lies, and plays games with handling their patients. One for instance is they called me an old fart and referred to me and another patient waiting butt holes. I know I don't talk to anyone one that way. What's worse, when I told the doctor he challenged me by asking me why I'm there to which I said because he's a good doctor.
