After my second visit, I had two questions regarding a product Dr. John recommended me to use. Then I called the clinic and I nicely asked the front desk to ask the physician and come back to me. They never did it and I had to call back. First, I was always interrumpted while I was talking. Second, the front desk kept telling me that the doctor is busy. Sure I know this. I never asked to interrupt him. For my two visits, I had to wait approximately one hour to see the doctor. The gap between two visits should be bigger then the second patient does need to wait so long. Three, for my big surprise, the staff asked me to Google the product to get answers for my two questions. I was stunned. If I myself have to Google, then needless to call the clinic. This was ridiculous. Never heard something like this. The right thing was to tell me that they will call me back as soon as they will get the answers. Fourth, the package does not list the answers to my two questions as per attachment. I wanted to know how much salt to use and how often to practice that task. While I was at the clinic I forgot to ask the doctor. It is not a crime but a very normal situation to have questions after a medical consultation. The front desk should always reflect a good image of the company they work for. If the staff is either not happy to work in that clinic or had a bad day, I and other patients should not be affected. I did not do nothing wrong to call the clinic and I was very polite.It is very normal that the patient could have some questions after the medical visit and the doctor obligation is to respond within a reasonable period of time. I can say that Dr. John is a good physician but the front desk needs improvement and soonest.

The first sign I was going to have a good experience was when they scheduled me for a Saturday appointment, which doctors do that these days? I arrived for my appointment and there was just one other person in the waiting room. I was called up by the nurse within 5 minutes and she was very nice and willing to listen to my problems. She also let me know what to expect during my visit which was refreshing. After the nurse left it only took about 5 more minutes before Dr. McDonald was in to see me. She was actually interested in me and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help. After her examination I had to do some home work and provide the office with mt most recent lab results so when I got back home I sent my lab work to them. Naturally I was thinking I'd get a call back from their office or I might have to follow up myself to make sure there was follow through. Nope! The office took care of the next steps without any prompting from me. I was surprised and shocked! What a fantastic experience with a health care provider here in South Florida. Was left on the machine momentarily then after went to the bathroom. When I returned to the room, the Dr examined my foot, and all was well until I left the office and realized someone went into my purse and took cash from my wallet. They replaced the smaller notes in a different direction than I had it previously in and hence the reason I know for a fact someone violated my privacy and belongings in a doctor's office. This happened on a Thursday, I sent an email as the office was closed and the manager out until Monday, received a call from the assistant that was the only person that knew my bag was in the room stating the manager informed her that I didn't go to the office with any cash and still has not called me to get any information to date. Totally unacceptable for an office with professionals that took an oath. A police report has been filed. I hope this did not happen to anyone else that visited this office.
