Meanwhile, my cousin got her ENTIRE lips dissolved for only $90, and we literally had the same filler. Knowing dissolver is charged per unit and my cousin only needed around 30 units, how was I suddenly being quoted close to 100 units for a tiny area of migration? It made absolutely no sense. When I told her I couldn't do that, she suddenly dropped the price down to $97, which honestly made the whole situation feel even more sketchy and unprofessional. It felt like she was just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. On top of that, she was rude, didn't properly explain anything she was doing, and made the experience really uncomfortable. I would not recommend booking with Nazeli Hakobyan at the Upper East Side location.
