Do not go! Waste of money and their treatments don't work. I went for sofwave and was disappointed that I didn't see any results 3 months later. My original sales lady never even followed up after the treatment to see how it went. After 3 months of no results, I emailed her to ask for the photos they took before my treatment and she asked me to come in to review them and take more. When comparing before and after photos, she agreed that I did not have good results and went to ask the manager what they could do. The manager came back in and gas lit me by saying I had excellent results and my skin looks so much more lifted. She said if I wanted to do it again, they could offer me a discount. When I said I wasn't interested in that she recommended a different treatment to do instead. Just trying to get more money from me. Absurd! I wish I had never given them thousands of dollars. They told me when I bought the treatment that if I wasn't happy with the results, they take that very seriously and they'll do whatever they can to make sure I'm happy. Clearly that was a lie and instead they gaslight their customers and just try to sell them more treatments. Find another place that actually has good customer service and treatments that work. read more

Next level upset. I went in for cool sculpting on my lower abdominal and was reassured I would be a great candidate. I really wanted to address this area so I debited $2,500 for 2 applicators 2x. It was a little uncomfortable but that is expected it's not terrible. Once the applicator is removed it's very uncomfortable for like 5 minutes and then it goes away. The problem is it doesn't work! I basically threw $2,500 out the window. Save your money and consult a doctor. I'm so angry because that's a lot of money to just throw away. read more

Yes it is pricey, but this is no Groupon treatment. The 57th location is spotless and spacious and beautiful. As in I feel out of place when I walk in. There's usually a little bit of a wait even with an appointment so take at least 5 mins to build into appointment time. I didn't have a wonderful experience with my first picosure laser treatment, but my 2nd treatment blew me away. Kind and friendly technician. But what I appreciated about this session is the thoroughness. If I'm dropping 5 figures on treatments, I absolutely want to make sure I get everything that I deem a flaw treated.
