The nurse working for her is Russian, barely speaks English and is super aggressive rude and a nasty person who barks orders like a dog. The nurse ran a bunch of bogus, phony tests (I worked in a hospital and what she was doing was a joke - she gave me sugar water for stomach pains). Oh and some creepy male patient wandering around opened the door on us. I didn't see Roya once at all during this ordeal except at the end when she scolded me to tears that I would need to make 3 more appointments to be able to have a regular physical with her and get my medicine!!! I have excellent private insurance so after I blocked her number immediately afterwards their customer service was able to call and waive my copay and tell her idiot office staff not to call me again.
