Really can't say enough great things about this company. They called to let me know they would be arriving early. The man who showed up was clean cut and I felt safe having him work in the house. We have a lot of large windows in our home that have not been professionally cleaned in about 2 years. They needed some help. I called Christian for a quote and he was at my house within an hour. What my wife didn't know is that I had scheduled Gator Pools to grind down and refinish the Kool Deck around the pool for the same day. We had our windows done this past Friday and I'm SO HAPPY with the results! Leonard arrived on time and covered his shoes with booties so as not to drag dirt in our home so right away I was impressed. The rate I was quoted was for a 'regular' window cleaning for inside, outs, screens and tracts. Almost immediately Leonard brought to my attention that the job was bigger than that because while the house was a year old the windows were never properly cleaned by the builder, almost all had paint or stucco spots which would require a more in depth cleaning. He didn't assume I wanted that but showed me several windows and I explained why the job was bigger and what he would need to do to properly clean them. When I said I did want that he was able to rearrange his job after mine to stay and complete our house. The windows look awesome and Leonard was great, super nice. My house is all about the windows and I am very particular about how they are done and AJ met the task. The windows are 13' tall and run along an entire wall, AJ made them spotless even though they had some construction debris on them. I am a property manager for a mid-rise apartment community in Phoenix which is primarily glass. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall window in each apartment. I first want to say THANK YOU to Chris and his team for their amazing sense of urgency when I called and needed a VERY last minute window wash (inside AND out). When I say last minute I mean I needed my windows washed NOW! I had spent several weeks searching for a new window wash company only to find out that nobody around Phoenix likes to keep appointments or call to let you know they aren't coming or will be late. I Manage a retail store in the Tanger Outlet Mall in Glendale and have a large store front with SEVERAL big windows. When I called Chris, he not only gave me the sense that he genuinely wanted to help me out but he was also able to squeeze my store in on extremely short notice. I scheduled an appointment while he was here giving me a bid and not only did he keep his word by showing up when he promised to, he actually was able to come a lot earlier which is what I had originally wanted. Chris and a member of his team washed the inside and out of my HUGE windows and were able to get the job done very quickly so not to interfere with my business which is important to me. My windows look GREAT and the price was so incredibly reasonable. I don't write reviews often....or ever really but wanted to make sure that Streak Patrol got recognized for their excellence.
