I tried working with several contractors for bids on my property, but Rite-Way Foundation went above and beyond anything I could expect, and they far out performed other contractors I spoke with. My 1,200 sq ft home needed a completely new pier-and-beam foundation constructed, in addition to the concrete foundation perimeter needing to be corrected as well--no small task, and something I was throwing a lot of money at to be done Rite! Mike's communication was timely, transparent, and forthright. As a single, young woman who just moved to the area, I especially appreciated not having pull answers out of him regarding the type of materials, cost of services, or worry about being taken advantage of. The Rite-Way Foundation crew had a sense of urgency for my situation, and were professional and personable each and every day they arrived. I called East Texas Slab Masters to help me stop the patio drift. Someone came by (I forget his name) and offered me an estimate. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He also offered to put some mortar or caulk (I forget exactly what) into the bricks on the side of my garage. It took over a week, but I suspect that had more to do with how busy contractors everywhere are in this area. I came back, and it was fixed, and that is one big headache solved. For the services rendered, I believe the price was quite reasonable. Would recommend to anyone who needs honest service on the most important part of their house; the foundation.

Integrity house leveling out of Cleveland Texas does not know what they're doing. They bought the…read morecompany from a man named Lewis about a year ago. They came out to do adjustments on our house leveling that Lewis did that was still under warranty. They told us that Lewis did it wrong and that they should've put in a beam. He said with out this beam he couldn't leveled our home. We paid Doyle more money to put in a beam to finish leveling our home. The beam came with another two year warranty. The house was still not level when he left. He explained that the beam needed to settle but he would come back in a couple of months and finish leveling our home. When we called them back in a couple of months for them to finish their job they acted like they didn't even know us. when they did remember us they got rude with us told us it wasn't under warranty. Now they will not except our phone calls or our emails. This company is a total rip off! The wife that answers the phone is one rude woman. She is also a liar just like her good husband Doyle. He's real down to earth acting telling you all about the drug problems him and his wife had earlier on in the relationship when got pregnant. We are going to have our home repaired then take this company to court for all the money that we've given them from the start.

They negotiated asphalt driveway and delivered millings. I have to get ot redone. They were to pour a 25x30 gatage slab. They poured it 30x25 insted. It took 3 weeks and three missed appointments to correct. They left huge bumps at the starts of both ends of the horseshoe driveway. And then jacked up the price for unapproved changes they made while I was away in the hospital. Do not use this company. Their work is below subpar, they don't deliver the product you negotiated, and then screw you on price at the end of the job. And to boot, they leave job trash strewn around and worker personal trash all over the property!!!! I fored them!!!!
