Due to poor pipes used by the homebuilder 10 years ago, our house experienced multiple leaks last fall. Brent responded within a couple of hours of our call and was able to locate and repair the issues. Eventually, 9-1 Plumb completed a re-pipe of our house. We received multiple bids, and they completed the re-pipe in a quick and clean manner while also being the most cost-effective option for me. This week our original grinder pump stopped working when it met its life expectancy (10 years). Brent thoroughly checked every part of the grinder pump system to try to find the least costly repair. Unfortunately, the pump was shot and a replacement was needed. Brent was able to have a new pump and assembly installed the very next day. He got me set up with a temporary fix so I could make it till Monday morning when he could get the parts to replace the pump and controller. He showed up on Monday morning and replaced the pump during a rain storm. I do have to admit the cost was more than I was quoted by some other companies for a replacement system but it was with the same (Taiwanese ) pump that only lasted 4.5 years. The replacement (keen) pumps was made in the USA and has a good reputation for quality pumps. Also, this system has replaceable components in the control box so I felt it was a higher quality system and paid the extra cost in the hope that it will last longer than the original.
