The car was done on time and for the estimated price. Upon picking up the car it looked great outside and inside. Car had been washed, tire black put on, vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. The morning I dropped my car off, Basil had one of his employees (Jesus) drop me off at Enterprise, which was really helpful. Throughout the entire repair process, Basil was communicative, caring, and professional. I called 2 days later; he said he would send me the estimate by end of the day. Next day, still nothing. I called one more time then gave up. If they won't live up to their word (3 times) to provide an estimate I doubt they would fix the car in a reasonable time frame.
