I admittedly left the car there too long (14 days after our final conversation) and had he calmly explained to me that he had stored my car and that it was fair to be paid for that (or better yet, called me and was like "Hey, can you please move your car",) in a rational way, instead of starting the conversation with "How DO I MAKE MONEY?" we could have found our way to a reasonable conclusion without spiking poor Sam's blood pressure which I'm sure is through the roof. They were kind enough to hang on to the quote for a few weeks until I could arrange to bring my car in and leave it there while I was on holidays. They were kind enough to keep it for the length of my holidays! When I returned to pick up my car I was remarkably impressed at the work. The running rail, the quarter panel, the passenger door, and the forward bumper which I requested to be repainted, were complete. The work was excellent and one could never tell if there had been a repair. The paint in finishing matched to a T. What made this experience even more pleasurable aside from quality work at a fair price, was the owner Dougie, and his daughter, were kindkind and professional. They both took great interest to ensure that I inspected the car thoroughly before payment and insisted that I was happy with every detail. This is one totally satisfied customer. Try your best to avoid this place…read more I was quoted $250, twice, several weeks apart, for a silver package detail plus polish for my 2013 Mustang. I even had texts from the owner confirming it. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. However that seemed to be the least of my worries at the time.
