Sentry was a company I had heard of but never had any business with so I wasn't sure what to expect because I knew they'd be busy, as we were obviously not the only people affected by the storm. Not to mention, I live about an hour from Norman where they're based out of. Blake answered the phone and surely heard the desperation in my voice (can't sell a tornado damaged home!). He had one of his foreman at my house THAT DAY to assess the damage and estimate what it would take to repair. Very quick and very responsive. Here's where Blake separated himself from the other contractors I spoke with... after insurance had their inspector come out they tried skimping out on us big time. I was given a laughable report! 40 shingles, 12 sq ft of siding, yada yada.. I'm no roofing expert but from the ground with the naked eye I knew that wasn't accurate. Blake was completely honest and transparent from the get go. He assured me I needed a complete roof replacement (which I had already thought myself) and that there was much more damage that needed addressing. A thorough professional in my eyes. He took it upon himself to help deal with the insurance company and get another inspection done with his guidance. The tone seemed to change afterwards and we were scheduled for all our repairs immediately. I will do my best to remember to update this review with pictures after the repairs. Thank you Blake! I got in contact with Kevin at Level Up Pressure Washing to clean all of my concrete around the pool and whiten my power louvers and clean the gutters out on my powered pergola. Kevin was very easy to deal with and the pricing was very fair. Aron showed up at 9 am as planned and then finished up at 5pm. Keep in mind this was a lot of work. Aron was very good doing this job. They don't just power wash. They scrub all of the areas with a machine and then power washed. i would definitely recommend Kevin and Aron with Level Up Pressure Washing.

I paid a few thousand dollars to have some general work around the house done. Not one job…read more(painting, water leaks, and general work) was done anywhere near correctly. I redid the painting and window repair myself and the paint matched and the leaks stopped. I know absolutely nothing about home repair. The leak repairs don't look great but there's no more water coming in. I did for less than $100 what they couldn't do for over $3,000. They told me to pound sand as far as getting any refund.

I'm sure they have great skills that I absolutely do not have. Moral to the story is see if you can fix it yourself first and save yourself some money.
