The closed place is Starbuck and not all stops are visible from standing inside. the only great thing they have done in recent years is have an ticket office near the stop location. Much needs to be done and can be done!

As the central terminal for the sixth largest city in Canada, it does its job as needed. Buses…read moregenerally flow in and out smoothly, and there are clearly marked crosswalks for those coming from the GO Transit side. Aside from the occasional jaywalker, it's hard to jaywalk Rathburn Road anyway since it's busy at almost all times. One complaint I do have is the size of the terminal. Even with the expansion a few years back it's still too small for the amount of bus traffic it gets. Some of the bays are shared amongst 4 or more routes, which gets quite messy during rush hour when buses are more frequent. Also, some of the busier routes are located too far away from the indoor waiting area, for example routes 110 and 502, which are located all the way on Rathburn Road itself. It gets quite chilly waiting over there in winter (or any cold day for that matter). Hopefully with the BRT coming into the terminal some changes can be done in terms of configurations.

this station has the necessities! a platform that's easy to get to, decent pickup/dropoff space,…read moreand a parking lot & parking structure. i haven't tried to find out if there are washrooms here yet. it does feel like a smaller station -- seemingly only 2 entry points. one from the lot/dropoff spot and one from the parking garage. it helps with navigating to and from the platform itself and for coordinating pickup. not too many shaded or sheltered spots so there are folks that tend to wait inside the underpass (from entrance to platform), but around 8am til the last morning train, folks aren't in the way if they're waiting inside.

I've only ever disembarked here, of course. As I said, it's well located in the 'Saug, so you can drive from here to square one or up to Courtney Park.

This is one of the more central stations, so there's a plethora of people that are on the platform. The GO train itself is a pleasant ride in. Decent seating, clean and not that long of a ride from Cooksville into Union (if there are no delays - don't get me started..) My only real beef with this line (and the reason for a missing star) is the crappy, limited schedule. The last train from Union is just after 7pm! If I work late, I'm then forced to take the bus or an Uber home. The lakeshore line runs until 1:30am - c'mon GO, give us more flexibility!! In ending, I have to say that my favourite part of the whole GO train experience is watching the few nuts running at full speed off the train and into their cars to beat the others, haha. CHOO CHOO!!

Unfortunately, the service this year has been extremely disappointing. During the initial weeks, my child was regularly reaching school 15-20 minutes late, which caused him to miss important class time. As a SCI-TECH student, every minute of classroom learning matters. On top of that, school finishes at 2:35 p.m., but he was often reaching home around 4:15-4:20 p.m., meaning almost two hours were being spent just getting home. When I complained to Bus To School, the response was very casual. I was told that these were just the initial weeks and that drivers were still getting familiar with the routes. That kind of response is not acceptable when parents are paying such a high amount for a paid service. Local transit would cost less than $1,000 for the entire year, yet we paid almost three times that amount expecting reliability, punctuality, and better care. I cooperated and waited for improvement, but from September 2025 until the end of the school year, my child still had to take public transit 2-3 times a week due to his studies and other activity commitments. Bus To School has shown very little empathy or flexibility toward students' schedules and parents' concerns. We used this service for three years. The first two years were comparatively manageable, but this year their credibility has gone down badly. I have decided not to enroll with them for next year. I would rather drop off and pick up my child myself or use public transit, which now seems like a far better option. Parents should be careful before spending their hard-earned money on this service. Your child's time is precious, especially when they are preparing for university. Wasting almost three hours a day commuting is not worth it, especially with a service that does not seem to take customer concerns seriously.

A distance of 10km takes them almost 2 hours to complete, as they have only one bus and they go around the town tour to pick up kids. They also have been dropping my kid 30 minutes after the school opening time, which is clear breach of contract. Their service standards have gone down the drain. If you call or email them, there'll be no response. It's not a trustworthy company. Stay away from them. Don't waste your money.
