They looked professional and clean. When we arrived, we filled out a questionnaire where they ask you what areas to focus on and whether you have any medical issues they need to be aware of. The massage rooms are clean and we had Lanora and Dan as our therapists. Both were excellent. My husband had Lanora and I had Dan. I really liked Dan and how thorough he was! He knew exactly what pressure points to press to release the tension and pain in my muscles and joints. His massage also focused on stretching your muscles, which was much needed in my case. I don't stretch much so it was good for him to focus on this. The massage itself was great, and I feel so much lighter now. I loved the neck and head massage towards the end. That was so good! We did a 1 hour couples massage, and we chose the luxury package which included the massage, hot stones, Epsom salt, and CBD oil( we declined the cbd oil and went with coconut instead). My husband had the female owner and we noticed when we came in the room a track above our heads with handles. We knew that was for someone to walk on your back- we thought it was an option and it was included. That is the reason for the 4 stars is I wish it was explained to us or we were given a choice for him to not have that because it is a different experience. Everything else was good. We loved the oil, salt scrub and hot stone massages. One thing we liked was that after the oil and scrub they wiped us down with warm wash clothes. We had a massage on a cruise and we were covered in oil when we left it was horrible, so this was a much better experience! The owners/ masseuses were very sweet and kind and accommodating. Starting at the front desk Sherri was always so helpful and worked closely to ensure I was able to schedule all my therapy sessions.
