They do not offer an online portal to pay a bill. Only options are in person (long drive for me), on the phone (which I do not trust for many reasons), or snail mail (which can be easily lost). When I asked the lady in the billing department she just said "They just never added it." When i said my only three options and only have the one option to drive down, she said "Guess you have to sir." worst experience of my life. they treated me like a junkie. I have FND. Which is a disorder that causes chronic seizures (there's no medication for it). that being said, I've had 4 appointments here, and they kept requesting documents. I provided everything they asked for. they refuse to treat me or give me anything for my CHRONIC PAIN. I had 6 seizures yesterday. I have 2-10 seizures a day and pain is a massive trigger. they truly just take your money and give you no help. uneducated, ignorant, rude, they profile you, and it's serious medical neglect and negligence. they should all lose their licenses. Terrible staff, will accuse you of all kinds of things and if you refuse to do a medical procedure that they want you to do even though you aren't required to and it's your health so it is your decision, they are super pushy and they will say you only want pills even if you have multiple painful medical conditions that you deal with daily. Unprofessional and I do not recommend to anyone as this place has caused me more stress and anxiety than any place I've been too. The doctor you first meet dr Mitchell is amazing but unless you get a procedure you'll never see him in office again just the rest of the incapable staff they have. Very upset and disappointed with this place. DO NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!! It honestly feels like they wanna label everyone a drug addict if you refuse to do procedures. Feels like they only want patients so they can file all they want with insurances and they do not care about you as a patient at all's THEY JUDGE EVERYONE! Also, if you have a procedure coming up that you do want to do they won't file with your insurance till the day before and then they'll say that they didn't have it in time. I contacted my insurance company multiple times and they said it was the day before that was sent so I wait four weeks then to have a procedure that I have to cancel the day before and reschedule which rescheduled out for four more weeks because the staff is incapable of sending the authorizations and getting it done in time yet they have four weeks till your next follow up to get it done. I've made multiple complaints to the staff and it goes nowhere so as far as what I'm saying right now, I won't be going back here at all and neither should anybody else. Very disappointed and this place has caused so much trauma to my mental health that I would never recommend. Protect your body and your peace and go elsewhere honestly. The worst pain management Dr in bay county! Went in on Friday barely able to walk and they said they couldn't do anything for me until I got images of my back. I went straight to ER and got X-rays rays and a CT, which revealed 2 moderately bulging discs among other things. I call them Monday morning for them to tell me they will not use the ER's findings because they are a private practice and they only use certain places! Wow... What is the point of having a pain management Dr if they will not doctor you? But they had no problem taking my money and doing absolutely nothing for me, and didn't order the dang MRI either! ZERO stars from me! I understand it is almost Christmas and no one wants to work, but this is your job to help people in pain! read more

I was a patient for 5+ years and completely satisfied with the care and compassion of the great staff and Dr. Mitchell along with some of his PA's. I have never abused my medications, never had a "flagged,"urinalysis and was completely compliant. I was only seen when I had substantial pain. I use to praise them and often would recommend them!! In January 2025, I had a flair-up and I returned for help as I was in considerable pain and discomfort. Due to an "error" by a PA I was not screened for medications during my previous appointment and I was denied adequate pain relief medication and had to wait over 14 days (I wasn't asking for 100 pills, I was asking for a 2-3 day supply to settle the pain down). I inquired of " Jen," office manager if I could go to the ER for pain relief and was told "no, that's doctor shopping". Upon my return I then was prescribed mild pain medication and finally had some relief. Due to the delay I had to undergo yet another nerve ablation to help with the pain. Pain finally diminished and felt good. On the 15th of March 2025, I attempted to vacuum my vehicle and suffered severe neck pain. I called the office, made an earlier appointment than my scheduled appointment which was still 2 weeks away. I was seen by PA Michelle who actually felt the rock hard neck & scapula muscles that were in spasm for now 9 days. She agreed that stronger pain medication was needed and we scheduled "trigger point" injections 2 days later. When I received a text message from CVS stating it was "too soon to fill". I went to CVS and inquired what was going on and was informed that the medication was the same dispensed on Mar 4th. I called the doctor's office and inquired and informed them I was returning to speak to either PA Michelle or Dr. Mitchell. I arrived and after waiting 15 minutes (1545hrs) Jen the office manager called me back to an office. To my knowledge she has no medical training. I asked if PA Michelle or Dr Mitchell was aware I had returned and Jen stated they were, but I would not be seeing them. I had been denied pain medication. (Note: I voluntarily stopped taking pain medication back in June 2024 because I no longer needed it and informed them of this fact). I returned today (03/26/25) for my scheduled "trigger point" injection only to find out "they" had cancelled my procedure and dropped me as a patient!! NO phone call notification!!! In still severe pain, I went to the ER and received stronger pain medication (3 days worth). In my opinion, they no longer actually care about patients who have always been compliant, they push for procedures (which cost more and are more invasive, don't care about patients pain levels and affording them relief, and you only see the actual doctor ONLY during procedures. In the meantime, you see different PA's who don't know your history or policies and subsequently patients are denied treatment, or as a result, require more medical procedures. I completely understand about addiction and abuse, this is definitely not drug seeking. Be wary. As I said, for 5+ years I was completely happy but things have been declining for a while now. It's no longer about management it's about procedures and monthly appointments!! I have a referral in for a new Doctor and I pray he's good. read more

Avoid this place! I spent almost two hours in the initial waiting area only to be ignored and put off before I eventually requested a co-pay refund and left without service. It's unclean, disorganized and staff appears disheveled. It's basically the medical equivalent of Saul Goodman's law practice. Crooked permit frames on the walls, ripped seating, broken floor transitions, damaged walls and cheap faux plants in a lame effort to make the space seem palatable. Zero management and sketchy staff. Two hours of life wasted, but I'm actually glad I was able to avoid treatment from a place which epitomizes a quintessential pill mill. read more

Listen to all the patients that have been mistreated please make a complaint to the medical board . Nothing will change with this practice unless they are reported. Also forward a copy of the complaint to your congressmen. We go to pain management to get help with our pain. Not to be humiliated and left feeling hopeless and in more pain then when you first started. They select who they want to help. I say this because my husband goes to the same office and they give him everything he asks for . Keep records and please file a complaint with the medical board . They have a cold heartless people the dark haired doctor nurse ,and the blonde older lady are the ones to stay away from as they are not compassion to your pain or health AT ALL. This place is very rude people do not care about the people they discharge you for false reasons and cut your meds down I have had total knee replacements both knees I have had back surgery s and I have to have another back surgery and hip surgery but all they do is cut my meds I suffer with PTSD and they want to cut all my meds and discharged me without pain meds but send me a letter due to my medical condition I need to deck immediate medical care this place is a joke my mother is dieting of cancer they are suppose to make her comfortable but they keep cutting her meds down making her suffer I would not recommend these people for any medical care read more

This place should be closed down. It is a money making mill. Staff is rude and disrespectful, with the exception of the two ladies doing the check-in. This was my first visit to this clinic and I was shocked to see how many people were waiting for treatment in a small waiting area with no possibility of social distancing. Patients were crowded into the narrow hallway and it was dirty and not well maintained. The facility was old and too small for this kind of clinic. While standing in the narrow hallway filling out paper work, I heard a staffer call out for a patient in a very rude way and a man and his wife came to the staffer who told the man that he could not go with his wife to the exam room, again in a very rude way. He tried to explain he needed to talk to the PA about his wife's upcoming surgery. He again was told he could not go the exam room. When he step back into the hallway, he told me this was the worst medical facility he had ever been in and everyone including the PA were rude, uncaring and treated patients that with district and no compassion. I then decided that I was not going to put myself through this and turned around and left. No excuse for a medical facility to treat patients without compassion or respect, maintain a facility so poorly and overbook patients, counted over 35 patients in the crowded waiting area. I went back to my primary care Dr. who had referred me to Dynamic Pain & Wellness and told him of my experience and he referred me to another clinic that could not even schedule me for an appointment until mid August. I am suffering from non operable spinal stenosis and have so much pain that my sleep is interrupted and I have a great deal of pain when I get out of bed and have great difficulty walking. I normally don't write reviews, but feel like I should share my experience with others that might prevent them from dealing with this medical facility. Do not go here!! read more
