It was definitely challenging (in the best way), which is exactly what I look for in a workout. The heated room made me sweat it out and push myself even more, and I left feeling strong, balanced, and totally refreshed. Gabrielle is such a motivating instructor--her energy keeps you engaged and her cues are clear, so you always know how to adjust or push yourself further. I also appreciated how the class combined traditional vinyasa with optional weights, so it works for all levels but still keeps things intense if you want the extra challenge. If you're looking for a workout that pushes you while also helping you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, I couldn't recommend this class enough. Can't wait to come back!

I have strengthened my practice and body. I have found relief from my anxiety and can more easily calm my mind. Through Stephanie's ayurvedic counsel I have found healing and health. Today it's hard to find a medical practitioner who will take time and actually listen and build a TOTAL holistic health plan WITH you. I always felt rushed when in appointments with medical specialists and have struggled to believe that they have my best interest in mind. Stephanie has helped heal me in ways they never could. Through her council I have safely reduced my prescription medication and found natural supplements to find balance. She has me on a path of self love and heart opening. I had a pretty good experience overall with this hot yoga class, but it definitely started off…read morerocky. When I checked in, I mentioned that I had a free birthday pass (I even had the email to show it), but Joe Elliot at the front insisted they didn't offer that. He also claimed it had expired, even though I still had two days left. It was honestly frustrating and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was my first time there. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and confirmed that I was right, otherwise I probably would have just left. Ironically, Joe Elliot ended up being the instructor. The class itself was amazing, but because of the awkward start, I didn't fully enjoy the experience as much as I hoped. That said, I do think the studio has potential and I'm willing to give it another shot. I'll likely be back to take more classes, just probably not with him again.

Wonderful Merritt Island studio with great, engaging instructors that offer support for all levels…read moreof practitioners from first timers to world champions ;-) The studio is very well equipped. I recovered from two hip surgeries here, the practice is amazing physical (and mental) therapy as an addon to any PT that a dr might recommend. I always look forward to the early a.m. classes as the ride over the bridge in the rising sunlight is an inspired start to any day!

She was very respectful when I said something wasn't working for me and she steered me in another direction. I'm in my 60's and absolutely loved the inversion on the swing! It was my favorite thing! My shoulders, hips and spine felt so good. I will do this a again. Oh, and Lele is very prompt in responding to communications.
