Whatever those might be, they're still interesting to look at. If you feel the need for music for relaxation or meditation you can buy CDs here and have a quick listen first using a box with headphones that is set up beside them. There are also tarot cards of many types and accompanying jewellery and trinkets. Inside the shop is painted a pale lavender which makes it slightly chilly in here but out of curiosity alone I'd probably go back anyway because it feels like being in a late 70s time warp.

They specifically asked if we want a Swedish massage (relaxing) or the Thai massage (deep tissue). We both opted for the Thai massage. My masseuse was really good and my husband's masseuse was just ok. It was my fault for telling the masseuse to go easy on him since he is taking blood thinners. If we live in Belfast, we'll definitely come back to this place.

Though sometimes I can appreciate the saying 'you get what you pay for' and I think that applies here! Attempting to get an appointment for nights and weekends can be difficult so you do need to book well in advance generally. I really like this place and the staff are very pleasant and make you feel at ease no matter what treatment you are having done. I will be back :)

The lady who carries them out is a Thai Therapist who trained in Thailand using traditional Thai therapies and you can sure tell. I'm not sure what the technical term is, but she gets right in there, none of this faffing about with a gentle stroke for her. You get a good workout, and you can almost hear your body thanking you as you leave! Also, as the salon is off her house you aren't paying her expensive building costs that a lot of posh salons have to, and you can have a full body massage for an hour for only £25. Try now before the word gets out, the prices go up and you have to beg for an appointment!
