Mainly in my back. Building them up has made keeping decent posture easier throughout the day. That's my primary goal and it's clearly happening. I had an instance when I was working as a nurse in the ER where I was choked by a psychotic patient. And I hesitate because after reading this, she's going to keep kicking my ass and ignoring my whining. I've worked with quite a few trainers over the years and sincerely, Karma is the best and really knows her stuff. I hired her in the midst of a really painful heartbreak that left me watching too much TV and not working out. In a few short months, she has whooped my body back into shape, not allowed me to wallow in misery and while being tough, she has also been so kind and funny and compassionate. She practices what she preaches and she texts me throughout the week to keep me motivated. She really cares about her clients and I know that she takes our health and success to heart. I think she gets as much or more joy than me to see my body getting stronger with recognizable definition. I could not recommend her more highly.
