This place has a very unique and beautiful brand, and I really appreciate that. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was super kind in giving me a tour and ensuring I had everything I needed! The facilities were very clean and the class itself was great. I got a good sweat on and was able to keep up despite being a first-timer. Kudos to a great teacher who set me up for success! Upon the class ending, I was once again greeted and asked how class was. They made sure all my questions were answered, and I left feeling great. I will definitely return to try one of their other offerings (strength, cycling, etc.)!

Strengthening hips. Proper back posture. Etc. and it's not all old people. People of all ages. And a few men, and even pregnant ladies T times. My friends and family constantly hear. "Dixie says...." First of all she had her last child in her forties and I too am having babies in my forties. I can only dream and hope that when my youngest is 16 that my body looks half as good as hers. However, it goes beyond looks it is good health that Dixie exudes! She has spent years learning and growing her craft which she pours into you during your session. The price she charges is a steal for the tools she gives you. My daughter's posture(swimmer) was noticeably better after one session. Interior is cozy and absolutely stunning and decorated so well for someone stepping in to move their body. I really enjoyed the class, the challenge and focus on ensuring my body moved safely while still getting a great workout from my 50 min session. Hydration, bathroom and various amenities were offered and at 6 reformers was the perfect situation in the Village for one on one attention. I look forward to returning and dropping in as everything was great about getting some Pilates movement in my new years goals to start!

Someone recommended Pilates as a way to strengthen my core and suggested finding someone teaching the Classical Pilates Method. I found Vicki and I am so grateful I did. I've been taking private lessons for 2 years with her and, not only has Pilates helped with my back pain, Pilates has strengthened my abilities in all of my physical practices (running, yoga, skiing, hiking). I cannot recommend Body Springs Studio enough.
