I had my son with me who only moments ago had been discussing fitness improvements to boost his rugby performance over the off-season. Hmmmnnn...how ironic we would run into Tim only minutes later. Invictus has an incredible sports training program centralized on an individual's needs. Want speed? Tim has a program and trainer to boost your speed. Want more endurance? The program described to my son and I seemed like a phenomenal solution. Want to build muscle mass? Tim explained they have nutrition class to accompany that program as well. Want to lose weight? Trust me, by what I witness in their facility, there is no way not to do so. Each person gets a specific program based on their very specific needs at Invictus. And let me tell you Tim and his staff are incredibly passionate about their educational offerings and coaching, emphasizing strongly how do implement these programs in the right way. Currently, Invictus is training a local La Crosse and basketball team. Hoping the new gyms in the area help to reduce the amounts of people though! Recommend, just avoid peak times if possible.
