The cheaper ones were $15. For 1 pair of socks. Yikes. Had I known it was the same as the trampoline park socks, I would've worn those that I had at home . I got checked in pretty quick . I was told that they validate garage parking . I wish I had known this before searching for parking but again, this was a ClassPass issue that should've been in the fine print .. not so much on Body Rok. The class had about 10 girls in it. While Planet Fitness is inexpensive and caters to newbies, there's a lot of frustrating things there for people who want to progress. The space is clean, well-equipped, and organized. They don't oversell memberships, so there's no issues with waiting for equipment. I feel like at Forged someone can start new and then grow into a fitness lifestyle at a pace that is comfortable for them, and at the same time people who are really focused can get all that they want and more. I've become more of the latter over time. The owner is friendly, and he continually makes improvements based on member input. They also offer behavioral support that is not found elsewhere. I'm really glad that Tampa has this place available.

I am more immediate and like that I can still get a challenging workout from a class setting. They have more advanced equipment and machines than just dumbbells and kettlebells that most group workout classes have. As a girl, some of the equipment can be intimidating. But once you give it a shot, you realize how capable you are. They recently moved facilities, so if you ever worked out at their old location...try the new one! It's much bigger, nicer, and in a safer location. Because their classes are pretty large, you won't get much direction on form, but the instructors are still pretty attentive if you're doing something completely wrong. This is a great gym for someone who already knows how to workout but does better with an instructor.
