Do not sign a contract with them. The business expects you to honor the contract but they do not. I paid for 4 stretches and have only received 3 so far. I scheduled and the business canceled late night the night before. Twice!! The first time I chalked it up to ok I'll try again but then it happened again. I wasn't trying to schedule any more but I was texted reminding me I had one more stretch I had paid for. I explained that I want giving them another chance to cancel on me again and that my work schedule shifted to something very difficult to make it in during their hours and my off time and kindly asked for a partial refund for the 1 remaining stretch. I was called and reminded that I signed contract that was binding. I explained that in light of then breaking my trust and scheduled stretched it would be fair to refund the 1 stretch. I was given the runaround verbally to where I thought the person I was speaking with didn't even speak the same language as me because they did not directly answer any questions. I got upset and used one curse word. The person said that they would have the owner call me that night or the next night when he was available. That night came and gone and so have a dozen more. I texted them again and mentioned that I was just gonna write the review because he hadn't gotten to me. They assured me again that he was going to call me and many more nights have gone by again. The business doesn't stand behind any kind of contractual agreement so I wouldn't sign a contractual agreement with them based on their inability to follow through. Bad business practices, poor customer service and poor management. Definitely poor ownership. If you're gonna say you're gonna call somebody you should follow through that's number one in being an adult and a business owner. They own the one in Vancouver and Lake Oswego. Stay away you're better with a physical therapist. read more

That said, this business has really high turnover, so I am guessing they are as shady with employees as they are with customers. I signed up for a 3month contract. After having difficulty scheduling, I decided to terminate my contract in the 4th month. I still had 7 sessions left. When I tried to book one of my remaining sessions, they had disappeared from my account! I sent an email, and received a call and was told they would be reinstated. Two weeks later, nothing. So, I emailed again. I was told they would me reinstated. Again, nothing. I have now emailed twice with no response. At this point, I won't set foot in there again. I don't want the sessions. Then they make you become a member! what a rip off!! if you have insurance please consider going to a trained professional ( physical therapy) your paying for insurance anyways might as well use it! We came in primarily for my partner's middle back and upper back pain and were sold a package for three months of 30 minute stretches. It was fine for me but my partner's pain and frustration grew when every stretch was not focused on those areas. In addition the sessions were shorter and shorter, sometimes only 22 minutes. For the price, I suggest you go to one of the many other options (StretchLab, Pilates, massage). As a runner I liked it, but the lack of focus on the physical complaint my partner had and fact we were sold something upon the representation that they could help that area (but later admitted they only had one stretch for that area) leads me to leave a low rating. The way they handled the situation was less than professional and I don't plan on using my remaining sessions. read more

I wanted to hold of on a review for a few months. Even though after my first complimentary stretch I was in love. I have been going for two weeks, once a week. My body feels SO MUCH BETTER!!! I am a hairstylist with fibromyalgia. I'm over weight and besides my semi physical job I tend to be inactive. My hips, legs and back are always so tight and in pain. I get a massage every other week to try and alleviate pain. I see a chiropractor and get acupuncture. I also stretch every night before bed. I thought this stretch thing sounded interesting so I gave it a try. I am hooked! I have already raved about it and sent 4-5 friends there who all love it and signed up for weekly treatments. I can no easily bend over and pick up a comb I drop where before I felt like a busted old lady, moaning and groaning. After a session I have this huge rush of feel good. Endorphins? I don't know. But I stand taller and feel happier. I wish I would have signed up for the twice a week package because my day 4 after the stretch I find my body really craving it again. For the first 3 days after being stretched I feel so much less burning pressure in my back and hips. I sleep noticeably better. Then days 5 and 6 I'm getting a little stiff and sore again. I've had chronic low back pain and stiffness for most of my life and the stretches offered here have helped quite a bit. Cody is very knowledgeable about the body, solid with his body mechanics while performing the stretches, and has really great intuition in knowing how to modify stretches so that they're pain-free. Cody just works with 1st time clients to get them started. Since I am a former dancer and massage therapist, I really wanted to keep working with him. I've since signed up with Paige and she's great. Everyone is so nice. Great vibe, overall. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. It's definitely worth trying out! read more

Now contino losing practitioners, management who is out of state is not in touch with loc facility, 10+ days NO AC, no general manager, no one has authority to make decisions. First time I've tried a stretching type place before and I'm shocked at how much help it is to keep me more loose and help me extend my range of motion.
