This has been an uneventful experience, I went to Emily due to a friend referral and trusted her expertise of being an RN for over 25 years and working in this industry for 5 years. I got almost 2k worth of services, botox, under eyes, and lips. I was willing to spend whatever amount necessary to get the results I wanted. Emily injected my lips with Restalin a hard filler and I had a lot of lumps and bumps, I was told to wait for 4-6 wks and it will go away, meanwhile I brought up my concerns to Emily and she scheduled a FU visit, she dismissed my concerns by saying that it might be my immune system reacting to the filler and that she consulted with someone else who knows more about this type of filler and that the bumps will go away. When I asked about dissolving them potentially Emily replied that "it will cost her" to do that, she did agree to "spot" dissolve them and I had an apt scheduled for that, however, I waited the reccomended time frame 5.5 weeks and my lips did not get better nor did the bumps or lumps get better. It costed me $1650 to go to another injector to dissolve my lips fully with 4 mL of dissolving agent and get them reinjected....when I asked Emily for a refund at the follow up in case the lips dont get better she said they have a "no refund" policy. This provider did not place their patient first or address this situation appropriately even from a business perspective. Mind you, she said she will spot dissolve but re-filling them will come out of my pocket. I lost over 4k of my money by going to Emily, my previous fillers got dissolved including Emily's and I had to pay for refilling them with a new injector. I work hard for my money and it doesn't come easy, lack of accountability from Emily is not a sustainable business model. I wanted a full syringe and Emily only did half a syringe in lips and these are the results as pictured. She kept saying "your lips look so good" despite them looking really messed up.....Under eye filler did not settle in either which I am disappointed bc I asked her for more than 1 syringe and she reccomended against it but $900 for under eyes didn't get me any results but rather accentuated my under eyes dark circles more and she went under my veins so now my veins are more pronounced under my right eye. Bottom line is, I went to Emily and was willing to pay to achieve the results as promised, her prices don't align with her quality of work she is the most expensive injector in the vancouver area that I went to who charges more than previous injectors. 10/10 don't recommend. I've also told Emily that if she was willing to work with me I would have remained her client and gave her the benefit of the doubt and maybe just get botox and sculptra done with her but she was after her best interest and not her patients. read more

Nothing like meeting up for girls night and having everyone rave about how refreshed and happy you look!
