If I hadn't had my coffee that morning, it would've been very easy to fall asleep. She has comfortable padded mats already laid out but recommends bringing a pillow and blankets and showing up in cozy clothes. This experience was wonderful and I really hope to do it again. It is on the second floor of the building, but they send thorough directions to you before attending your first class. Some people have been coming here for 2k+ classes - there are some real devotees here which means they must be doing something right! Classes are a little more expensive than other studios in my opinion, but you are buying into a high quality studio. Also, I felt like this was a more wide-range age demographic as far as students. While Pure Barre to me feels more like 20-something year olds, I liked that this was a more diverse age demographic.

I was genuinely excited and appreciative of the opportunity, but unfortunately my experience afterward left me disappointed. From the beginning, I found the explanation of the studio's services and policies to be unclear. Following my first in-studio class, the communication over the last few hours was not pleasant and made me feel more uncomfortable than welcomed as a guest. One of my biggest concerns was learning only after the giveaway had already been awarded that a payment method was expected to be kept on file "just in case." In my opinion, giveaways should be transparent from the start. seemed as if this is their was of making the money back from if the free guest misses a session and their not in a hole. which in my opinion defeats the purpose of the giveaway. When I expressed my concerns, I was advised to speak with the studio owner, Toby, for clarification. I made several separate attempts to reach out but never received a response or a phone call as told. Being referred to the owner and then receiving no communication made the experience even more bothersome and left me feeling as though my concerns were not valued. While the one class i did attend was enjoyable, the overall customer experience, communication, and lack of follow-through did not leave a positive impression. Because of that, I chose not to continue using the complimentary month. I sincerely wish the studio continued success and hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve transparency, communication, and the onboarding experience for their next "giveaway"

If the empathy expressed here were genuine, my cancellation would have been handled months ago, the repeated billing attempts would have stopped, and I would not still be receiving ongoing payment texts and emails for a membership I do not owe. What has not been addressed publicly is the actual issue: my cancellation request was repeatedly denied despite medical documentation, an unauthorized freeze was placed on my account, billing attempts continued afterward, and my direct communication was repeatedly ignored. This response feels focused on public image rather than accountability or resolution. A polished response means very little when the private handling of the situation tells a different story. For anyone considering a year-long membership, I strongly encourage you to fully understand the cancellation terms before signing and be aware of how difficult it may be to cancel if circumstances change.

They are always encouraging you to try a little harder, teaching you the correct technique to avoid injury, and motivating you to reach your goals! One thing that I have never experienced with any other gym is the number of modifications that each coach talks about during an exercise. If there is an exercise that you need to adjust the intensity on, they are there to tell you how and what to do. The coaches care and it completely shows! ETF Carmel also partners with local businesses around the community to offer the members physical therapy, recovery sessions, and more. I've done pilates before, but they make you do the pilates 1 before anything else, good luck, it's always waitlisted 3 to 7 people deep, weeks out, as are all the other classes, everyday. Definitely only pay by class, otherwise throw your money out the window while driving, & you'll get the same result, b/c as pictured in the photos, tomorrow for example...multiple people on the waitlist all day, for all classes but one, that starts at 730pm.

The workouts are intense but manageable, I feel like my body is actually working hard & the burn the next day is what makes me come back. About halfway through the session, whatever body part we are working is SHAKING (or should I say trembling). The owner is so kind & you can see and hear her passion. Tremble will go far & they're just getting started. I signed up for an unlimited membership which allows me unlimited classes, being able to schedule 30 classes in advance to make sure I get in the classes I want, with the reformer I want. Definitely come try them out, it's better under the red lights.

Anyway, have you ever noticed that FREE 6 weeks challenge advertisement in social media? Well, it's NOT FREE!!!  Nothing in life is free, you know that, right?! (being sarcastic here) What to expect with boot camp classes, especially with Fit Body Boot Camp....most classes are only 30 minutes.  Saaaay Whaaat?! Easy, huh.  NOPE, not at all.   The trainers are amazing and are very knowlegeable, so expect to do interval training, e.g. weights, high intensity, tabata, trx, ropes, etc......you name it.  You willl be huffing and puffing out of class, every single time. I started with a groupon deal over the summer, then the owner offered us to join the 6 weeks challeng program.  It's FREE only if you join the one year membership.  With some time to ponder over the commitment.  Yes - you can say no and walk away, buuuuut we decided to join..and you know why?!  This place is the bomb.  If you enjoy group training, workout with your gals and awesome music.............this place is for you.  There's so much more they offer here.  I love my Fit Body Boot Camp FAMILY! A few years ago, my friend and I needed a new place to get our regular Zumba fix, she found a Groupon for Studio Z, we gave it a shot and the rest is history. I won't go into too much detail on all the classes and instructors as the scheduling and instructors can change. I would recommend checking their Facebook for daily updates on the schedule. Let me start by saying this, this place is definitely worth visiting. Everyone here is incredibly nice and wants you to have a blast and meet your fitness goals as well. Tons of different class times and various instructors. They ALL rock and bring their own unique style to their classes. I have never not had fun in a class. You will find that some classes can be a bit more high energy/impact than others, so I recommend trying a few instructors to find what works best for you and your style. They currently offer one price to take any of the classes they offer that day, that means you could try multiple classes for the price you would normally pay for one elsewhere! They also offer unlimited type of passes. Check their website for current pricing and times of classes. Should you try this place out, don't be intimidated if others seem to know the songs really well, they just might as this place has many regulars, come try it out and as long as you are moving, you are doing Zumba right! Also, if you see me there (I try to go a few times a week), feel free to say hi to me, I love meeting new Zumba lovers! They also offer some alternatives to regular Zumba including Turbo Kick, Circuit Challenge and Zumba in the Circuit (Zumba + Circuit, one of my favorites!). Special shout out to Mary, one of the owners of Studio Z for being one of the most motivating, inspiring, crazy fun people ever. She is so welcoming to everyone and her classes are awesome. She is also a personal trainer and those services are offered here at as well. She has inspired many people (including myself) to go to the training to teach Zumba ourselves. She is even currently offering an option to allow these instructors to try out teaching with a free class option on Friday nights, amazing! They really make an effort to get to know you here, and the studio has a wide array of ages that take classes. No gymtimidation! I personally take the Pound classes, which are offered 6 days a week. It is a drumming style workout with a great mix of music. You can either pay $8 for 1 class, or do a 10 class pass for $55. I think $5.50 a class is VERY reasonable for a specialized workout like this one. They also offer lots of other classes including spinning, TRX, Zumba and more. They also have memberships as well if you want to do multiple types of classes during the month.
