I have osteoarthritis in my neck and it gets locked up. Maurice did a 25 minute stretch and I had FULL movement! Amazing and very gentle.

Correct Address is: 745 EAST 9th St. Indianapolis 46202…read more Phone: 317-469-1336 Email: downtownindy@stretchlab.com A dear friend of mine, District Manager Julie Dobson, has been working relentlessly on the GRAND OPENING of the downtown Indy location of Stretch Lab! Come here for one-time or routine visits, to be stretched and enhance body work/ flexibility. Come for 25 mins or 50 mins. They offer monthly memberships. Group stretch setting. Helps with range of motion, stress, muscle/ joint pain, sports performance, relaxation, posture, and SO much more!!! Pro tip: wear socks with grips (think hospital socks or like for sky zone or zip city trampoline places) Shout out to Jordyn for flexin' me up today!

Went to this location earlier this year. Signed up for the 3 month commitment. Tried cancelling but…read morethey said that I need to cancel 30 days before the next billing cycle. I was told differently by one of the staff there, and they wouldn't honor that (stingy af). $150+ as a single mom who is the sole financial provider who just wanted some relief from some body pain shouldn't be punished like that esp considering the staff was saying differently. On top of this, they let their flexors go if they're not meeting their sales goals and they replace them before they let them go. My mind is boggled at the sales concepts bc I didn't even have that kind of option to be sold on one flexor. Like what? It was a schedule thing, then it was an experience with one person that I enjoyed so I kept going back to. But wait, there's more! They sign you up for the 3 month commitment making it clear that you'll feel good as new at the end of it. There's no incentive to continue after that. So wtf, you want us to join for 3 months, punish us for not cancelling in time by tacking on another month bc of some stupid fine print, then fire your staff after replacing them when your sales suck and you need a scapegoat. F******** that.

Listen Planet Fitness isn't a high quality spot but really I have generally enjoyed this place…read more Sometimes there is some broken equipment but usually I can easily find my fave workout stations available. The only thing I hate is their obsession with Fox News. Ugh. There are two rows of TVs, one on each side of the building so when you are on bike/treadmill you can watch. Two TVs on each side are ALWAYS Fox News so I am definitely suspicious of mgr and their propaganda goals. One TV on each side is CNN, one is ABC or NbC, one is work out, etc. But overall it's good. And it's a Pokémon gym so you can work out your Pokémon while you work out!

Harassed by an employee none the less w/the manager standing there. I say change the motto makes it sound like PF is hypocritical and don't stand by their motto... And it's definitely weird when the manager finds it exhilarating to clean the men's bathroom, not any bathroom, but the men's bathroom. Last, but not least. When you tell the manager(Clint) that your spouse is a disabled veteran and can't speak for himself. He proceeded to speak three more times to him. Nope, I put a stop to it, we turned to leave to let our insurance company handle the matter, but he reached out and tried to touch my spouse, nope. Watch the video!!!!! Oh, and as far as my membership/spouses. we called their still active. Not only do they not stand by their motto blasted all over the place. They lie and laugh in the process. I joined Club Pilates Greenwood recently and had my first class, which was a "CP Suspend" class…read morewith an instructor named Jenny. I am dismayed and a little worried about continuing to take classes at this location if all the instructors are of this caliber. It was truly the single-WORST fitness instruction I have ever experienced, anywhere in any context. Here's the rundown of my experience: * When I walked in, the instructor (I did not know she was the instructor yet) was sitting on a bench up front, gossiping and complaining loudly. * Everyone just started walking toward the back--there was no announcement to say, "ok, we're ready." So I followed. * The instructor never introduced herself to me or the group. * She never asked any of our names (I know I was not the only new person there that day, but even if I was, she should have asked for mine and introduced herself). * She never asked if it was anyone's first time taking the class (again, I know that there were more than one of us for whom it was our first time). * She gave us no preview, no introduction about the workout. Just told us the first move, and we started the workout. * She proceeded to gossip, complain, and tell stories about her life with 2 or 3 women who were taking the class, which she continued doing pretty much for the entire class. * When she wasn't doing that, she was on her phone. Now maybe she was doing something class-related, but I doubt it since at one point it was clear she was watching some kind of video b/c the sound was playing from her phone. This is while we were all working out and she was supposed to be watching our form. * *She never once corrected or helped a single person.* * At one point, the class was doing a particular move and I could see everyone in the class. I am not kidding when I tell you EVERY person in there was doing this move differently, and she never said a word to any of us. So, I still have no idea how to do that move correctly, and I stopped doing it early for fear I was going to hurt myself. This was the most dismal fitness instruction experience I have ever had. I find myself quite nervous that I just bought a package to this place but hopeful that their other instructors are better. We'll see...
