Run don't walk to Stretch Labs. I have a great chiropractor as well as an amazing massage therapist but Stretch Labs beats them both. My low & upper back ache from too much home maintenance really slows me down and can even interrupt my sleep. I have been going to StretchLab for several months and have experienced significant increases in my range of motion, virtually eliminating my sciatica and helping post rotator cuff surgery rehab. Although not completely gone, it is manageable, and I can play golf, justifying one of the main reasons we retired here. Their technique is progressive and gentle, so muscles stretch rather than tighten in instinctive resistance. Don't pay to become a member until they are actually open full time in a fully finished studio. Everything about my experience at Stretchlab is always phenomenal. I've been numerous times both at the pop ups and their Carmel Rancho location. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I've experienced a stretch with every employee and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. Been spreading the word with friends and family. Everyone agrees how important assisted stretching is to your well being and how it actually makes you more effective in your workouts. Jamal is definitely a fave! He even helped my 81 year old Mom who was suffering from back spasms. She was instantly better after 20 minutes of working with Jamal. Flexologists are amazing, and have helped me with my leg pain so much, but Andy, who owns this place, is such a bad business man and has lost my business here by scamming me out of my deposit. First off, the flexologists are such kind people, and they have truly helped with my lower back pain, but Andy, the owner, is such a scammer and just an overall bad businessman. He takes people's money, and this has happened to multiple people I know, such as the owner of treehouse cafe, and then he won't refund what me and multiple other people have paid, even if we had to cancel WITHIN our cancelation date. He lost my business going there, which sucks because manny (the flexologist) did such a good job with me when I was trying it out, but I will not be using this business because of Andy. 5 stars to Manny, 0 stars to Andy. read more

First off, let me say the therapist and the concept at Stretch Lab in Carmel were great. Hannah was my therapist and she is very personable and very knowledgeable. However, I will no longer use this location as their membership program is a scam. I signed up for the initial three months to see how I would like it. However, to cancel your membership is not easy and you are told one thing by employees then are told you cannot take what the employee says as true. You can only cancel your membership in a certain time frame or it automatically renews. When I asked an employee for the paperwork to cancel my membership, he said I didn't need to and it was already in the system. Andy, the owner, and a terrible businessman at that, told me I had to sign something to cancel my membership, and that if an employee told me something different I can't take their word for it. But I asked if I needed to sign something and if an employee won't give me the paperwork to sign, I assume it was all taken care of. So, if you plan on going here, make sure you read the fine print or you'll be scammed into extra month(s) of membership. Sad part is, if the owner (Andy) would have just admitted a mistake was possibly made, I would have kept going back. But he gained a month's membership fee ($379) but threw away several more months because of his ridiculous membership "rules." Just beware. As I said, the therapists are great and they helped me, but the policies and lack of respect for the customer by Andy the owner were awful. So 5 stars for the therapists, and 0 stars for the owner and scam-like policies. $379.00 per month is not cheap and one shouldn't be treated like I was for the price I paid. read more

I found the Stretch Lab largely by accident on a day when I had thrown my back out. I hobbled in to the studio and asked them if they thought their services were something that could help me. Having thrown my back out several times before, I was blown away that by the end of the session I was standing up straight, breathing normally, and not experiencing any pain. I now go back to the Stretch Lab weekly and feel so much better in my body because of the regular stretching. Getting stretched is also an awesome experience that should be tried by all! read more

My partner and I sign up for the stretch program back in July 2023 and as they requested, we paid in advance. We were told the studio was due to open for business on Sept..01, 2023 but did not, In late October they were still not open for business, went in person and spoke with Kyle "the manager" we requested a full refund, a week passed and we did not hear from Kyle or anyone from the Stretch Lab, then followed up with an email but still no one has contacted us. It is now Jan.12,2024, the studio remains closed and we have not received a refund. So watch out- this people are very unprofessional and basically are taking your money and not delivering the good. read more
