I joined Fusion Fitness September 2015 and I have loved every minute that I am working out with Salina, whether that being body combat, body pump or group training. I have always been a member of a gym and had a personal trainer, so I assumed my "form" was not a problem. Salina has been so good in perfecting my form and making sure I am being safe and not causing or increasing injuries. She definitely knows her stuff!! Since seeing Salina I have definitely notice a change in my body and in my strength, especially my core. Thank you Salina! I am definitely going to miss you and your classes when I move back to Australia. Oh, on a side note, I have just recently started going to Salina for the best massages I have had in my life! Approx two months ago I injured my neck. However prior to that I have always felt like I had a shoulder ache, like a really big knot. My shoulder just hurt all the time and it definitely limited my range of motion with my arm. I have had three massages with Salina, and I have had a vast improvement with my shoulder/neck. Even though it is definitely not an enjoyable or relaxing massage, I feel amazing when I walk out especially the next couple of days. I really love training at Fusion Fitness! Unlike most gyms where I don't feel like I belong or fit in, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable here. She found all my spots and knows how to work out all of my aches and pains without making me hurt more--which is sometimes what happens when I get massages.
