I had seen Selina just for massages in the past; she was thorough and focused on areas where I needed help the most. When her new gym opened, I signed up immediately. I love the variety, but mainly the volume of machines and gear to do a full body workout. Selina and the trainers are there to answer questions and will occasionally offer tips on how to train properly when they see my technique. I was recommended to go to classes I would have never signed up for on my own, and now I attend them religiously. I am continuously impressed with Selina's deep knowledge of the body. My brother is a kinesiologist and was a trainer and batting coach for AAA baseball; he appreciates my workouts and the advice Selina lends me. For me, it's been over two months now and the difference from day 1 is empirical. read more

UGH. If I could write a 'negative 0' review on this woman I would. Selina is totally insane. And I do actually mean in an unhealthy, mental way. I can't speak about her gym work at all, but as a massage practitioner she ended up being abusive, shaming and totally inappropriate. I saw her two years ago and she is a total, 24/7 pothead and shouldn't be allowed to practice. I was also using at that time, but now that I'm not I can clearly see how crazy she was. Also, while I got value out of her body work, she constantly kept trying to get me to see her other health care practitioner friends (kick-back, anyone?). I did not feel it was her job or responsibility to force these people on me and when I said, "No," she terminated our massage relationship and dumped me with the explanation: "I have never in my life had to let go of a client!".. Wow, is that because I wouldn't do everything she said and she couldn't control me? I would suggest she get off drugs first before criticizing, disrespecting and steamrolling others. I would absolutely not recommend her. read more

What's great about working with Selina and her team is they seem to get how the body works, and they aren't just counting reps like most trainers. Selina knows what exercises to give you FIX you while making you stronger, which gives you more endurance and overall energy. I've benefited immensely from working with Selina. Training with Selina is one of the BEST health/wellness decisions I have ever made for myself! As a certified health coach, you can imagine that I am very selective when it comes to working with and referring other health professionals ... and Selina is truly amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about "all things fitness" and completely dedicated to her clients' progress. During our first session, I knew right away that I could trust her to design just the right kind of training program for me and what my personal goals were, and also to keep modifying that as I progressed. I had been looking for some group classes to build strength and resilience, and her group classes are even better and more effective than I was hoping for. Accountability is such a huge part of the process, plus Selina always manages to keep our classes fresh and interesting. I feel great, and get a lot of nice compliments on fit I look. I started going to Fusion Fitness about 2 years ago. I am 60+ and started with personal training to begin my fitness journey. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Selena's attention to detail and dedication to providing top notch training for all levels of fitness. I have also attended classes, yoga and cycling. I have never in the past enjoyed the gym experience but I do look forward to my training sessions and the best part is that I have gained much more endurance and am in much better condition than when I started! Selina Sahba is truly a master of the human body. I started out seeing her for massage about 9 months ago, and have been so impressed with her knowledge and body work. She often talks about unlocking the body's potential through massage, and that is absolutely what she does. I have now started working with her in the fitness realm as well. As someone who works out regularly, it's pretty surprising to find out that a lot of what I have been doing has used improper form. I have been training with Selena Sabo since Nov 2017 and I am really seeing a hugh improvement in my flexibility and my overall improved figure. Selena knows what to do with "seasoned bodies" so I don't hurt myself trying to do exercises that I shouldn't be doing. I have had many trainers over the years and I always end up pushing too hard and doing damage to myself. Selena knows just the right mix for me and even though I train in a group setting, she makes sure each one of us goes at the perfect pace. I also do body combat and massage therapy with her and she is excellent at both. Selina teaches individual and group fitness classes in a small group setting. She emphasizes proper form and lifting techniques, which is really beneficial for newcomers, and can increase the rewards of working out for those who have been working out for awhile.
