I was looking for a Box in the Evansville area to get in a WOD before heading out for the night. I was staying in the Hampton Inn by the airport and saw that this Box was 5 minutes away. I dropped off my bags and headed over to work out. I was greeted by Coach Sara who welcomed me like I was a member of her location. I changed and warmed up and did the WOD with a solid group of CrossFitters. The folks who I worked out with are true champions and put me to the test, but I did get to an 80% max on Deadlifts so I was pretty happy with that. I had a great time and a great workout with this and hope to be back one day. If you're looking for a place to work out and maybe not challenged by the hotel gym, head on over they will take good care of you. Be prepared to sweat!!

The owners, Mark and Alan, are truly incredible people. The instructors are all amazing. Christine and Damon have some pretty powerful techniques and I always enjoy going to their classes. Honestly, there isn't an instructor or class here that I don't love. This place is a family with all sorts of events for holidays or summer solstice (to name few). I love this studio so much that when I come into town to visit, I go to EPY before going home. My absolute favorite thing about EPY is that I can count on this studio for an enthusiastic welcome every time I walk in.
