The food here has gotten better than last time I've been here. It's good but not amazing. The wings are actually pretty darn good even though being a bit pricey for the size. The service is what you'd expect from a Chuck E Cheese 50/50 could be good or horrible. We recently hosted a birthday party for our 5yo and several of her friends and their parents. The host was super helpful explaining the game/food package for the kids and was awesome keeping everything organized. Pizzas and cheese bread were tasty and the facility was clean and neat, and the games were fun for all the kiddos and adults. Will definitely host other parties here in the future! read more

If you mention this place in the presence of my family, you will immediately hear us sing the jingle, "Chuck E Cheezes cause diseases." The Health Dept needs to burn this place to the fucking ground, then dig up the debris and the dirt and contain it in a specialized landfill that deals in hazardous waste. This place is gross, gross, gross. I don't even need to talk about the cardboard-style pizza, it is legendarily bad. I'm talking about sanitation. I should have sensed a bad omen when my kid came back to ask for money and her little open hand and knees were black. Question for Chuck E. management: how do you sanitize the tubes and with what frequency? My opinion: we don't with a side of never-ever. Nevertheless, the visit resulted in pinkeye. You would think that I would learn my lesson the first time, but being educated, I was like maybe it came from school or a shopping cart at the grocery - basically I was thinking about a myriad of possible culprits. The second birthday invitation came, we went, pinkeye again. Sooooo, it doesn't matter if Kanye West, Beyoncé, and Will Smith's kids collectively invited my kid to a Chuck E Cheese mega party with their parents throwing an after-concert, our interactions with this business will never ever ever ever never ever happen again. I threw my 1 year old nephew's birthday party here recently early in the afternoon. I highly recommend doing the online reservations, because it was really packed even at 12:30p on a Saturday. I also wouldn't recommend doing a 1 year old's birthday here, but we had to due to lack of space at my family's home there. I live in another state and booked it all online in advance with no issues and was even able to change the number of guests several times online. They gave you a 4 kid leeway on the party so I would recommend booking a conservative number, and you can always go up if more kids show up than their parent's rsvp'd. I'm a bit of food snob so I wouldn't recommend anyone but kids eating there. Also if you bring ice cream, bring your own ice cream scoops. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. read more

The pizza isn't that good. We usally only go to play games, not to eat. There are fun games, but it is usally crowded and once a little boy about 3 years old wouldn't leave us alone! When my daughter was riding in a car that takes your picture he put his hand in the way of the camera! We have found other annoying kids at Chuck E Cheese besides him too. read more
