If you aren't stretching, are you really living? Seriously though, I have given up massages, but the effect I was looking for I get from my stretches here at the Lab. ( I just named it that; I don't know if anyone else calls it that) I have gone between 1-2 a week for almost a year. If I miss a week cause I am out of town or my schedule gets crazy, I can feel the difference. I tell everyone who will listen to go to stretchlab. I have found so many benefits from this. I have worked with DJ, Elena, Marenah, and Angelo. My husband has gone to DJ, Elena, Angelo, and Sahil. My son has gone to DJ, and Angelo and Sahil. My son loves to come and get stretched after a wrestling competition and track and cross country meets. I see a lot of teen athletes in here, as well. This is just a godsend.. and yes, they do take some FSA. Thank me later. read more

I joined StretchLab with a 3-month commitment and completed 2 months. After injuring my knee, my doctor instructed me to stop all physical activity. I provided a doctor's note as requested. My experience afterward was extremely disappointing. The owner, Raj, was very rude during our interaction. Sahil did not respond to my emails at all. Lindsey texted me stating that my account was "all set for a refund," but later the studio refused to issue the refund. I was not asking for free services--only fair treatment due to a documented medical injury. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and reversal of what was promised were upsetting. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this location. read more

Beware of signing contracts with this studio . I cancelled my membership December of 2025 ( in writing) and was charged again March 2026. The owner will not refund me, so be very cautious signing any contract with this business. read more

The issue is on the greedy business side. The stretches, technicians and idea are great. I signed up and went fine for five months, although its the cost of a car payment, it helped. But its subscription service. Then I got COVID and RSV and missed 2 months because I didn't want to get anyone else sick, and had no idea when I would stop coughing. On coming back, I was charged for each those 2 months, but didn't get credited for those sessions. Its a use it or lose it deal. So I begged with Samir to get those PAID for credits added back. Then my HSA ran down, and I asked for my account to be frozen until 2026 until my HSA account refreshes. Not only did they not wait, they charged my CC 3 times in December! Furious I asked to cancel my account (and lose 5 credits, I paid for) but then they required me to pay another $179... just to leave. Essentially wasting 9 credits @ about $50 each. They don't really care about health, or being fair, just money, money money. Enough greed merchants in my life! read more

Greatest thing to happen to Issaquah in a while. I've been addicted to coming 2xs/week for the past few months since they opened. Was left so impressed with the first session results that I immediately became a member. Pete is highly knowledgeable, super friendly, does amazing work.I suffer from chronic migraines and I appreciate his attention to detail and focusing on areas where I need TLC that day. I had never done assisted stretching prior to Stretch Lab, but highly recommend it for anyone that has chronic pain or just a few kinks in them. read more

Buyer be ware!!! Don't sign any contracts or allow them to store your Visa account information. The technicians are all great at what they do. This is an expensive luxury and not a necessity. It's a car payment a month on something you can and should be doing on your own at the gym or at home. There is ten different ways to stretch your limbs on your own without assistance. Any app will teach you how to keep limber for free. I got caught up in the beginning with the excitement of having somebody else stretch my muscles and not having to do anything, but just lie there. My wife and I learned an $$$$ expensive lesson. I should have listened to her she caught on early on and just did one package. I took a membership and joined (Big Mistake!). read more

DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES!! I went to Strech Lab Issaquah in September 2023 for a sore shoulder. I decided to give them a call as I bank in the same complex. I met with Tyler, who is wonderful! He recommended that I attend 50 min once a week for 3 months. So, I talked with the sales gal, and she told me if I sign up for 3 months, I would get 20% off my first month. So I decided to give it a try. They told me I needed to sign their contract, I was late to an appointment and just signed without reading thoroughly. My mistake. I thought I was signing up for 3 months. I made my appointments for 3 months through the last week in December. Not any longer. I also never received a copy of the contract. Once I was done, I stopped going as unfortunately it did not help my shoulder and had no other appointments. The next month, I was charged $329 and called to find out why? They told me it is a monthly subscription contract, and I had to give 30 days to cancel. I had NO idea that is what I signed up for! No one ever explained that to me. I have several monthly subscriptions, and I do understand that notice is required. I told the gal I talked to, Zuli, that I wanted to cancel in December, and she said ok. Then, in January, I got another charge for $329, and Zuli said to cancel it must be in an email, like WHAT! Why would they not tell me that when I called in December? What a way to get business, charge people when they know you want to quit. I did what I committed to, 3 months, and happily paid for those 3 months and used the service. It did not work for me, but I did enjoy the stretching, and my technician was wonderful! Pretty slimy sales tactics!!! I had planned to recommend my mother go for her back, but I just can't recommend a company that charges you for services you are not using. Monthly subscriptions like this are only to take advantage of people. Good business ethics would never be like this. You pay for services rendered. If you choose to use stretch lab in Issaquah or Mercer Island, know what you are signing up for....a monthly subscription with a 30-day notice in writing to stop. I started my membership there for a persistent knee pain. It was initially an experiment as nothing else cured it completely. I am happy to report that the pain is gone after the first month of stretching. I experienced overall improvement in mobility, posture etc. read more

Beware of contract & try services first. Terrible experience & biggest waste of money. Before studio opened, I signed up for founder rate, eight 25 minutes stretches a month , which requires a 3 month contract & prepayment of 1st month $318.19 w/tax. I had never tried assisting stretching. I do regular yoga, box, run, & weight lift & thought this service might improve my performance. After rethinking my body's needs & fall schedule, I attempted to cancel contract before ever using service. I was told contract cannot be canceled. I decided to try it, & noticed my body felt worse afterwards. It took 3 days to recover and I missed doing my other activities. I contacted the studio & was told this pain is normal. Went a second time and it was even worse. I am still having hip pain from the service. I requested to terminate contract because my body can not tolerate service. I was told the best stretchlab can do is reduce contract from 8 stretches a month to 4. Confirmed I wanted reduction if this was only option. Called again to find out when I'd see the new monthly rate charged on my CC & let them know I will not be scheduling any more appointments because I can't risk injury. The manager offered to charge me for the two stretches & cancel contract since I came in 2x & have no desire to return. I thought wow that's so kind, until the CC payment was for 2 additional months of stretches $394.16 w/tax. I thought he meant since I prepaid for 1 month w/8 stretches & used only two 25 min stretches, so he would only charge me for cost of two 25 min stretches & cancel the contact. Instead he charged me for 2 months. Essentially 50mins at Stretchlab cost me over $700. I recommend trying this service first & listening to your body. Although I enjoyed going to StretchLabs, they have a very deceptive practice of trying to "trick you" into long term commitments. I needed to stop going for a combination of reasons (financially it's expensive, and a shoulder injury) and I stopped by to tell them I needed to cancel. The people at the studio said they couldn't help me and that I'd have to email a special email address, which I did. Then, I received a phone call today in which I was told that they couldn't cancel the membership, and I'd be responsible for the next 6 weeks of sessions. I explained my circumstances, and they were unwilling to help in any way. Thus, beware... Don't go to StretchLabs. Unless you want to be tied forever with unsympathetic corporate system. read more
