My husband got me a session here for one of my Christmas presents as I have been talking about it for some time now. I was super excited. Being a PE teacher, ex athlete and coach I am always on my feet. I could definitely tell that my flexibility has decreased throughout the decades, so this was a nice change. They started off with a massage gun (which I have at home so that's a plus). They did that for sometime, which it was a 50 minute session and I felt like they did that for 20 minutes. I was a little bummed about that, but I trusted the process. As the session continued, I felt pretty good afterwards. However the next day after the stretch I did kink my neck...so not sure if it is a result from the neck stretches but I ibuprofen was my best friend. I don't think I will be coming back as I studied kinesiology and had the basis of stretching and the importance. It is just me having to execute it on my own now. Lauren H. Is the best OMG, I went to this place in San Dimas a long time ago when it first opened and recently after a TKR and MUA and boy, I felt like a new man again. The pain and suffering I've endured with my total knee replacement and the stretching Lauren gave was just simply bliss. At first, she ask questions about my body and pain area, then warmed me up with a light massage. After that, it was game on.....she stretch every part of my body from my neck down to my feet. With Sara reducing her availability I am not able to come in as easily as before. I am considering stopping my membership due to this. I've been going to StretchLab for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things. My 'flexologist' took the time to understand my specific needs and problem areas (my hips and lower back were always so tight). The 1:1 sessions have made a huge difference. So stretchlab San Dimas is super convenient I recently had surgery and they definitely helped out a lot so I will forever be grateful for that. However, the reason why I am giving such a low rating is because after my first stretch session the front desk reception had offered me a monthly plan which gave me a certain amount of stretch sessions The disappointing part was when they offered me a plan they diddnt give me any sort of paperwork or diddnt email any specific details of what I was signing up for . The lady that helped me out failed to mention to me that there was 3 month contract and if I canceled early there would be a fee incurred with that! Stretch Lab is outstanding and I highly recommend it. The flexologists are very knowledgeable, caring and I always leave feeling better than when I got there. Also, the office staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give Stretch Lab 5 stars is because scheduling appointments through their app needs improvement. I've had issues with the app for a long time and frequently have to call to set up appointments. My current issue is that I purchased a lot of credits so I could schedule my sessions far in advance. However, the app will not allow me to book more than a couple of weeks out. When I try, I get this message, "Insufficient or excessive booking lead time." What's the point of buying credits and trying to use the app? While the office staff is happy to help me schedule my appointments, Stretch Lab isn't always open when I'm working on my calendar. StretchLAB is a dream come true. I've ALWAYS wondered why no one had a studio completely dedicated to stretching the body like spas offering different types of massage therapy. Massage is great and extremely beneficial for the body, but I heard a statistic that regular stretching of your muscles gives you greater flexibility which increases overall health and mobility which contributes to longevity. I have been going to StretchLab for about the last six months now and I always feel good after I go there. I am a very stiff human being and need a lot of help, but I don't have the discipline to do all the stretching that I should do on my own. The "stretchologist" I usually go to is Sahara and she is wonderful at what she does. The other staff are all very friendly as well. I LOVE this place! I have been a member of StretchLab San Dimas since they opened. I am a pretty active person playing sports on the weekends and on my feet at work for 50+ hrs during the week. My body tends to tense up and my muscles get very sore. I do stretches at home to help with it, but you can only do so much on your own. The flexologists at StretchLab are very knowledgeable and experienced, so they're able to assist me into stretches that I can't do on my own. Making appointments is a breeze using the StretchLab app or calling their front desk. I have been extremely happy with the service and support I have received so far and will continue to be a member for a long time! read more

I have been going to stretch lab since they opened. I am a pretty active individual in both the gym and with recreational activities. I wanted to include dedicated stretches to my routine for recovery and increased flexibility. So far, the experience has been better than expected. Stretching has helped improve my overall fitness, posture, and recovery time. They recently hired new flexologists, and I haven't worked with all of them yet. However, Sara and Sahara have been overall amazing. They both offer a different background to stretching, so it's nice to get a different approach and technique each time I show up. The only initial drawback with my experience was the scheduling, however, they have been well over accommodating to 'stretch' my credits or give my credits back when they've expired. The unavailability hasn't been much of an issue since they hired new flexologists--so I'm keeping my 5 star rating since my only con was very happily accommodated by the front staff and isn't much of an issue any more. read more

I started going to the stretchlab in Long Beach, I didn't even know this was a thing. I moved near San Dimas and was pleasantly surprised to find one was opening. I booked an appointment and confirmed the appointment. 10 days after booking the appointment I received a message confirming my appointment. The day of the appointment I received a message saying they're looking forward to seeing me that day. I work in San Bernardino. I drove 40 minutes in traffic to get to my appointment. I get there and the lady checking me in tells me my fiancé already checked me in which was news to me because I don't have a fiancé. We straightened out the misunderstanding and she asked me to sit and wait for my appointment time which was supposed to be at 6:30pm. At 6:30pm the lady who came in after me is called up and the person performing the stretches takes them from the waiting area. I ask again if I have been checked in to which the person who checked me in asks me my name again. This was after I had given her my ID when I initially came in. She informed me that she actually had me down for an appointment the next day and they were all booked up for the day. I'm annoyed. She's wasted so much of my time and is I apologetic, very matter of fact. I ask her to cancel my appointment for the next day because there's absolutely no way I am coming back here. First of all...The staff here is amazing! very friendly and super personable. Stretch Sessions are better than any massage I've ever had, not to mention probably more beneficial. I'm on my feet 10+ hours a day, in the service industry, and going to stretch lab has relieved a lot of the pain and discomfort I've had over many years that a chiropractor or massage could not relieve. I love that they tailor your stretch to your own personal needs at the time of your session, so not one time is my stretch ever exactly the same. If you haven't tried this you need to!!! read more
