So today I took my first class here. About a year ago i had my last baby and then I almost lost my life to an illness and now have mobility issues as well as being partially deaf and blind. I wanted to get back to working out but struggled with returning to high intensity.I decided to try reformer Pilates and I am so glad I did. I was struggling to feel any difference in my home light intensity work outs but here I sweated, I hurt, and I felt the burn. Christine was awesome in helping isolate the muscle groups and giving individualized attention in a group setting. I left inspired and really look forward to my next work out. I also must say the others in the class are great motivators so it was just a great session. I left feeling energized but also without the pain and inflammation that come from high intensity workouts. I don't think I'll ever go back to high intensity now. read more
