They are a supplier of medical CPAP equipment and they do not have a functioning billing department. They continued to bill me $99 per month for rental for a machine that was paid in full months ago. Repeated calls to them left me sitting on hold for 30 or 40 minutes at a time until I finally hung up. They continued to send me threatening letters and even threatened credit collection although I owe them nothing. Finally I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and then they backed off a little bit but insisted that they had lost the last check that I sent them. Reluctantly I sent them a replacement check which they deposited immediately and then surprise surprise three days later they found the lost check and deposited it too. So now I have over a $100 credit balance that I don't think I will ever get back. Going to file another complaint with the Ohio Attorney General this morning. Do not, please, DO NOT do business with this miserable company. Find any other company to provide your medical supplies, it's all the same equipment and the service you get will have to be better than the service you get from this awful place.

These types of changes can have serious effects on your health. Futhermore, she does not posess the professionalism nor the "common" courtesy to inform you about any action she has taken with your medication, you are left to find out on your own.
