It's my food...I had to walk on it. Went for a second opinion at ADC, and had to have surgery again to correct first one. Doctor said that all the hardware Dr McSpadden had put in was all over the place, it had totally come undone inside my foot. Also, my toe never fused because there was a gap between the two bones. The second surgery took 3 hours and my new doctor was wonderful! But...I am in a boot again for 8 weeks! I will say that McSpadden's office staff was wonderful.

Seems to be busy, so at least that is good, people come and use this clinic. Seeing Smedley for biopsy today he was very nice and very informative. I was happy with the outcome and with the service, even though it was a the little slow. Everyone we interacted with seemed to have a good attitude. We would come back.

"Compassionate Care"…read more I got a bad speech impediment from a brain injury in a car accident and goin to the doc can be stressful. From the second I walked in at Cedar Park Foot Specialist everyone there took the time to explain stuff so I could understand. I've seen over 30 doctors since my accident and Dr Hurst is one of the best. Super patient, real caring, listened to me, didn't rush, and made sure I got it. He actually cares about his patients, not just gettin you in and out.

The front desk lady is fake and doesn't even pretend to be friendly if she doesn't know you. Some of the regulars she at least gave a veneer of friendly but if you have been in customer service for any number of years you can spot fake. I had to see an ER doctor after my first visit for something unrelated and they gave me a different pain med. Per the pain contract I had to let these people know and was told to not take it and on my next visit bring it in. The issue came when I ran out of the pain pill they gave me, I called with 3 to 4 days left of it and spoke to 3 or 4 people and got the run around. Basically told again not to take the pain med the ER gave me and they would see about a refill on the one they wanted me to take. By Friday I still didn't have an answer and they close at noon. I found out Monday they had sent it in but neither they nor the pharmacy let me know so I went Friday to Monday evening with no pain pills. I brought the pills to my follow up visit and they didn't even dispose of them which is why they asked me to bring them. The doctor now said if I ran out again I could take them and tell them which one works better!!!! Sadly I don't want to start all over and I like the doctor so for now I am sticking with them but if this continues I may not.

I am a stalking victim and have had my medical care weaponized to cause injury and harm to me. I…read morewas assaulted in May 2024 that caused severe harm to my neck necessitating surgery. I was getting everything ready. Got my bloodwork done at the hospital and pre-registered. I went back to the doctor's office to ask them if there's anything else to make sure. I was also giving them my new phone number because my burner phone got compromised. At that time they told me that the surgery was canceled and they required a psych evaluation before I could get surgery. This is an excusable because I did absolutely nothing that would EVER give cause for anything like that. Several of my doctors connected to UT have assisted my stalker by patient dumping me to try to force me to move and get care somewhere else. This is how bad it is here in Austin, however, they assured me that nothing like that would happen here. This is what they were using as an excuse to deny care: When I went to the office one day no one was there behind the desk. I called out. I waited. No one answered, and I was concerned that someone could've had a medical emergency, passed out, heart attack, or that kind of thing. I'm a retired x-ray technologist and CPR instructor. I open the between the waiting room and the back office just to check everything and finally found somebody answered. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME AT THE TIME! My surgery was scheduled for a couple of weeks later after that event. Then the before, and after I had all arrangements made, that's when they told me that it was canceled. Even though my burner phone was not working, I came in several times and let them know this, I've done no one said anything during the multiple times that I came in and they said because I didn't have a phone and because I had mentioned that I was a concealed carry permit holder that I needed a psych evaluation. I don't know who made the ultimate decision, however, the doctor is the one ultimately in charge of his surgery schedule! He's the one who denied care to an injured victim of domestic violence! Mind you, I had even arranged with both the office and the hospital to use a fake name to protect my identity. When victims of domestic violence cannot get care or and are having their life held hostage by corrupt doctors, we have a serious problem here in the state of Texas! It's also why I'm running for governor. Additionally, he did this after I had declared my candidacy and had already filed the paperwork with the ethics commission! This is now becomes a major ethic violation and an attempt to keep me from running for office! RUN FROM THIS OFFICE! They are not 2A friendly and their woke professional standards are horrific!
