Joan way my technician and she was so pleasant and friendly. Made the process less stressful and efficient. She gave clear directions and only had to redo one item. The changing rooms were nice with and according style door with magnets so it's not just a sheet covering the opening like other places. I recently had to undergo two exams over the past two weeks, and the staff at the offices were absolutely wonderful--professional, kind, and attentive. However, my issue lies with the phone scheduling experience. During the three or four calls I made to schedule and cancel appointments, I encountered significant difficulty understanding the representatives due to extremely thick accents. I often had to ask them to repeat sentences multiple times just to comprehend basic information. Clear communication is essential, especially when dealing with important medical appointments. Given the substantial costs associated with these tests, I believe the phone staff should have a level of English proficiency that ensures smooth and efficient communication. I hope this is something that can be addressed moving forward.

Dr. Houston removed it with ease and Diana (nurse) was so helpful and has been available for me on the phone whenever I've had questions.
