However we took multiple shots and after processing, people looked ridiculous. I understand that I'm not photogenic but they literally photoshopped my face differently in each picture. Not exaggerating I look like a new species of alien in 10-15 pictures of the entire set. The rest of my family looks fine so I doubt they care much but these photos were entirely unusable. I would rather look ugly but human instead of like I'm in a rotating sideshow mirror from a traveling circus. I don't understand how someone looked at my face and decided "anything but the original is better" every time they looked at a new photo but didn't keep the photoshop (which took months) consistent. I have since used my own warped face as memes and my own sticker set. It's comical. They insisted they would do a good job of inserting the people who were absent into the photos. Everyone has different shapes and sizes. Hire someone with actual experience. I feel like they should give us a refund with interest. Then again, the pictures are hilarious so maybe I'm paying for entertainment and not actual photos.

When I was finally able to sit down and make my selections, she delayed completing the work due to personal issues, including the pandemic and an injury. I extended patience and understanding to her, just as she had to me. Now, after years of waiting, she is claiming she no longer needs to fulfill her contractual obligations because too much time has passed. We trusted her to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Some of the loved ones from our wedding have since passed away, which makes this even more heartbreaking. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I would strongly caution others before booking her services.

Well, the more I thought about it, the more I realized how much it would mean to me & my overseas family to have a video of the day. So, about 2 months before the wedding I signed a contract with GT Modern Creations with my grandfather's generous & early wedding gift. We 'met' via Skype and from the start I knew they were for us. They are a very popular duo lately and I totally see why. Gabriel was super nice, answered all of my questions and knew exactly what he was doing. Due to distance, we did our final meeting over the phone where he helped me to see that we may not have enough time for pics & to do change the timing to do the first look much earlier. That was one of the best moves we made. The whole day went so much smoother. On the day-of, Gabriel, Caritza and their assistant arrived early and were totally unobtrusive the whole day. They were all so incredibly kind and knew exactly what to do so that we finished on time. They even had us re-do walking over for the first look that way there was no one standing behind & messing up the background. They stayed until the end of the reception and captured everything. We made two last minute changes to the services we had planned on requesting, both of which included more work for Jimmy, and he handled everything seamlessly. Jimmy took care of sound equipment for our wedding ceremony, which had live music, he created and set up a slide slow on TVs at the venue, and provided music and MC'ing for the entire reception. It was clear that Jimmy really listened to our preferences and song choices - he kept the dance floor full the entire night and played the exact type of music we had asked for. The MC that LMS also provided was great, worked the crowd, and was not overbearing. Thanks to Jimmy and LMS we had the wedding dance party of our dreams!
