Stringer, who immediately saw me in his office, ordered pain medications and an MRI of my lumbar spine.

I am happy for those patients of Dr. Tsai that find her "empathetic, compassionate, caring,…read moreorganized, efficient, and knowledgeable". In regard to her care of my family, she has been anything but. She has come across as unempathetic, cynical, distracted, rushed and uncaring. Dr. Tsai may be a good doctor for relatively young and healthy people, but she should not be caring for elderly patients. Most of all, patients with a complex presentation should not be seen by Dr. Tsai because her or her office (or both) are terrible at coordination. I wish I could say the other doctors at Mercy in Sacramento are better, but they are not. They care little about patients in pain, reciting platitudes and even at times suggesting alternative (quack) medicine (not specifically Dr. Tsai. She never has, but other doctors have). Some patients need a orchestra director, or a quarterback, if sports metaphors are more your style. That doctor is NOT doctor Tsai. At times Dr. Tsai sounds completely detached from the patient's medical history, asking questions that should be well documented in their files. This lack of coordination can be deadly, as can be the way patients are booked like cattle, each receiving no more than 15 minutes of the doctor's time regardless of their conditions. This situation is endemic at Mercy and many other hospitals, but Dr. Tsai is certainly not helping.

I think she is the kindest sweetest person. Always concerned about your health. Always has time for…read moreyou.

I had a chance to help a homeless man to come in and get service from This Business. The Building…read morelooked like a rundown business. It's cold for a Medical Office Building. Staff are cold and treated all these patients like they need them more than The business needs them to stay afloat. The Young doctor who just inherited This business from his recently passed away Father doesn't look like a professional doctor at all .He just sits there flipping over pages of file his dead father had noted on this patient never once looking up to see how his patient was doing not putting on any stethoscope on the patient to at least check him out.He was having a cold on that day and his nose was running. He wore gloves on that day and he was trying to clear his running nose by using those gloves as tissue and dappled on his so called short blouse , but actor was his shirt All in all he looks like a kid wandering from somewhere and got into this examination room to do medical work which he didn't perform at all . At the end he spit out 2 referrals phone none of them bothered to give us a call back. I feel sorry for those patients who were examined in this office. It's sad when I have to give a review like this.

Update: I never came back to this place after my first experience. I just wanted to add on that I…read morewas able to receive care elsewhere and was diagnosed with a medical condition that the doctors here stated I was "lying" about. If it is my first time seeing a doctor, I would hope the doctor listens to my concerns and not just state that I am lying. I am deeply saddened that my care was delayed as it caused me additional mental distress and financial issues as I was not able to work yet the doctor refused to listen to my concerns. Although I am in a better place now, I hope that no one seeking help has to endure what I did. Please look elsewhere for medical needs. I am still traumatized by the treatment I received, every time I drive past this place. Please save your time and money and go some place else.
