The only thing that was a variable is that there was a piece that was going to be either about 25 dollars or 90, but wouldn't know until they installed it. Long story short, I walked out having to pay $638.25. When they told me the amount my jaw hit the floor. When I asked why it was so way off from what he quoted me from the last 3 times I spoke with him he said the difference is because of the amount per hour they charged to install it. I said he never told me that the last three times we quoted me. His response, " oh I guess I should have told ya that." No service recovery or anything!
