This H-E-B's closest competition of a similarly size is at least twenty-two miles away but they don't drop their level of care at all. They keep multiple live Humans running the cash registers so customers can concern themselves with their own work. Western Union services are available at the service center until 7pm, I'm fairly sure. The employees all stay in their masks so any CCP COVID-19 o'phobes can shop in relative comfort. I recommend giving them a try and expect you'll be back often.

I ran into a very interesting young man (& sadly lost his name) with incredible lg rings in his ears (I can't describe it any other way-very handsome) and very very helpful. After purchasing my amounts, I then went outside to wait for my ride to return. I waited and waited and waited despite the heat staying outside as I thought my ride was returning soon. It didn't. But this young man, kept a constant eye on me to make certain I was ok, even to bringing me a bottle of ice cold water, and then, when my ride finally returned, he was there to help me into the van with my purchases. I cannot say enough about the courtesy and care that his young man gave to me. Which means, that your store is really doing something right. And as long as I live in Victoria, I will always shop here, although it may not be large purchases, but they are consistent. And as a side note, I'm a native Californian and your display of Californian wines really takes my breath away. I'm so very thrilled to see some many historic bottles of the vintages I grew up with. It's a small town liquor store with people working. I walked in waiting for someone to greet me, and then of course I asked about allocated liquor. Sadly the only had Blantons. Average gas station and fine for a quick stop…read more They have about 8 pumps and weren't too busy when I pulled up. A big positive is that the window squeegee s at the pumps were actually good and had water to clean with. The front doors are wheelchair accessible and they do have handicap parking spots. The inside is pretty small so while they have the usual selection of things, it's not as extensive as some other Loves gas stations. The entire place smells like subway. The bathrooms have about 3-4 stalls with one being handicap. They were averagely clean. The men's and women's had a baby changing table. I love that they had paper towels instead of those hand air dryers. Overall a perfectly reasonable and average gas station. Works if you need a stop but not worth going out of your way to come to.

This Love's gas station is mediocre and a disappointment. True they have Subway but the place smells bad. The bathrooms were unclean. They are well stocked in snacks and drinks so that's a positive. If you must stop for refueling of gasoline then just do it. Don't expect anything more. I rather stop at a nicer one when driving long distances in Texas. When driving for multiple hours it's good to take a half an hour stop to refuel your body with food just like your vehicle with gas. So, pick another place to enjoy your break. The prices of gas are pretty good for the area and neighboring stations are similar in the pricing. ~
