I've checked every soda fountain... This Buc-ees doesn't have free water? Or are the employees just not trained? Crazy to deprive a basic function. At least the bathrooms are consistent and clean.
This may be the last Buc-ee's we visit as our road trip is nearing its end. It's supposed to be the largest one but one of the other ones we visited seemed the same size for both the pumps and store. This time instead of exploring their packaged snack products I thought about how much room we have left in our car and flying it home so I decided against it. I did buy 3 of their small cup size Blue Bell dark chocolate ice cream- for all of us but the cashier gave only one spoon. It tasted so good I had hubs go get me a large size one since I didn't eat a normal lunch and it was past 5 pm. While I waited in the car with the grandpup. I wanted to find some Bucee items for Doc since she's been our road trip driver plus made all the arrangements for hotels, tickets to parks, dinner show, etc. We all got different things: hubs got small bags of jerky, Doc got her favorite brisket sandwich to share with her Frenchie, a sausage on a stick and 3 peach cobblers for each of us to try. I like the large amount of clean restroom stalls plus soap. The cone of warmed sugary pecans and cinnamon bites were a sweet snack- finally gone from the first Buc-ee's a week ago. Before leaving Doc had us take a selfie and a nice gentleman also took a couple for us too.
Another fun location. What can I say? I'm a nutter for the beaver nuggets! When my sisters come to visit, we like going to Luling for all things lavender and of course it includes a stop in beaver town! In fact, this location was the first time my sister Tiffany had ever been to one. She bought everything from fresh jerky and nuggets to souvenirs and brisket sandwiches. Needless to say she had to rearrange her luggage to make everything fit for her flight home. You know what I'm gonna say next... Great service. Great offerings. Super clean. The beaver does it again!
Stopped by Buc-ee's in Luling and grabbed the chopped brisket sandwich and some banana pudding along with a few sweaters and snacks for the road. The brisket sandwich was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The banana pudding was sweet, creamy, and a perfect treat after the meal. The store itself had everything you could need for a road trip, from snacks to souvenirs and cozy sweaters, even there famous bathrooms. Staff were friendly and the place was clean and well organized. A solid stop if you want good food and everything you need in one spot.
Rating is for the sliced brisket sandwiches that seem to fly off the displays. The place was packed at noon, so I was surprised when I could feel the bun's coldmess through the wrapper. I didnt put it back like I saw someone else did . The brisket has a tang of nitrites, with nuances of bologna/ hot dog flavor. The "cooks" were loudly hootin' and hollerin', seemingly hyping up the brisket and Beaver, I know why .
Everything went well except I guess I picked up the wrong coffee cup. I got the 99 cent coffee cup put coffee in it cream and vanilla Syrup got a paddle tail which was amazing. A new T- shirt and my husband got a few things. Payed for it and went to the car and ate. We left I was looking at the receipt and I was charger $3.99 for a cup of regular coffee. So apparently I got the wrong small cup. It said Costa on the cup but they were under the regular coffee. This is our 3 rd Buc-ee on this trip and this mistake won't stop of from stopping at the next one.
Always clean bathroom and fresh hot food. The kids love stopping here. The parking lot is usually very busy but there are a ton of pumps. I also stop here to charge my Tesla. The staff is friendly which keeps us coming back.
If it's Buc-ee's, I'm stopping for the cleanest bathrooms in the state, great BBQ, jerky and plentiful snack and beverage options. The merchandise is worth a browse but you might get lost because it's massive. Everything is at Buc-ee's.

My first experience of Luling Texas was the watermelon thump... oh how times have changed! Buc-ee's lives up to the expectation of a one stop shop, clean bathrooms and more coffee creamer than my mom's house at thanksgiving... spoiler alert there is a lot of creamer... I digress. BBQ, seasonal swag and a regular stop on all of my Texas roadtrips.
Wow! This Buc-ee's just keeps getting better and better. If you are driving on i10 between Houston and San Antonio, Buc-ee's is a must stop for many locals and tourists alike. This location just recently got an upgrade and they added even more gas pumps to their already giant gas station. Buc-ee's has everything you can imagine and more. Their selection of goods is insane and almost everything is Buc-ee's brand. Please note that they have some of their popular items in multiple sections across the store, so if you see a huge line for a brisket sandwich or some other good, just keep walking cause I am sure you might find it in another spot without having to wait. If you are not a fan of big crowds or waiting, then I do not recommend stopping by Buc-ee's during a holiday like Thanksgiving. The line to enter the gas station is literally all the way to the highway and the store is madness! Overall, I think Buc-ee's is a fun stop with plenty of cool snacks and yummy food to get during your next roadtrip!
I always make my pit stop at the Buc-ee's on my road trips. As a Longhorn, it is hard to admit that I love this place so much. Buc-ee's always has clean and plentiful restrooms. The gas prices are reasonable, but the parking lot can be a challenge with all the cars. Parking is plentiful, but be prepared to walk. I love the Buc-ee's statue outside and last time I visited, I also saw the Beaver mascot. The store has many branded products and all that I have tried have been high quality. They have a fountain soda machine with all the soda options you can imagine. They also have a fudge, beef jerky and pastry selection. They are known for their BBQ and always have premade selections on hand. Or you can use the touchscreen to order a custom entree from the back kitchen. So many grab and go premade snacks of fruits and veggies. My all time favorite is their warm nut options that are prepared on site with candied pecans. They also have a selection of branded housewares and outdoor products and clothing with the signature beaver logo. This is such a fun store with so many options and can never get out of here without wondering how I spent so much on all the goodies.

Buccee's is great for gas and EV charging. It's even great for souvenirs and other things you may need on the road. Possibly an unpopular opinion, but... my last visit here was less than satisfactory. We grabbed lunch on our way to Houston. Our lunch consisted of brisket sandwich, chicken tenders & fries, and the three meat sandwich. I'm pretty sure their meat is not a true cut of brisket. Its consistency is like mush, and not like muscle fibers. There was nothing lean brisket vs fatty brisket. The brisket had holes throughout, making it look even more like an ultra processed deli meat or even lab grown. I was disgusted, to say the least. They also have ZERO options for people conscious of the ingredient lists. We bought popcorn and the bag was open at the bottom. I opted the top and it was super stale. I realized it was open on the bottom and the store game me a hard time about exchanging it. It's pretty clear the sealing process failed for this bag. We won't be shopping here anymore, nor will we eat their food. But if you're visiting Texas and come across one, it's a fun stop to pass time. read more

Don't go here if you care about being sanitary. There was chewed up gum on a bag of chips my son picked out and I didnt know until I got to my car when I was handing out my kids items and it was a stuck to another item. I attempted to exchange they said they won't do it because once its leaves store they can't return. I said I just want to exchange the items they called 3 more employees to front saying they would need to do an investigation. I asked them if they would let their kids eat something that is unsanitary. I left because I dont have time for an investigation for chips and candy. My child didn't eat his purchased snacks and the workers did not care to do something so simple to switch the items out. Biggest and best Buc-ee's! This place has everything you didn't know you needed. You can charge your EV while you shop or buy gas at one of the nearly hundred gas pumps. The food is good no matter what you get. There were staff everywhere throughout the store and each one greeted me with a smile as I roamed around. You must stop in when in Luling TX! read more
Delicious brisket sandwich! The toilets were so clean and encourage visitors to clean the seats with a separate foam. I've never seen that before. There were lots of unique items. The signs off the highway are pretty hilarious. read more
My first time ever at a Buc-ee's! And what a wonderfully delightful experience it was! We were visiting Austin for work and after some research, had learned that this location, 55+ miles from our hotel, was the largest store of the franchise. We made a plan. It involved a last minute rental if a van that was big enough to seat 5 adults plus our Buc-ee's haul. Mission accomplished. Ok, I think that between our group, we bought one of everything to share and taste. Here is goes: sour cherry candy - sour and sweet and 10/10; banana pudding - 10/10; fudge: mocha and peanut/chocolate - 4 (my mom's wins this round); chocolate covered Buc-ee nuts 10/10; those famous Buc-ee's popped floof things 10/10; sandwiches - all of them 8/10; beef jerky: garlic, traditional and Korean BBQ 7/10. Cleanliness: 20/10! Kindness and joy in employees: 20/10 Overall experience: 20/10. Would do it again! read more
It's just not fun anymore. Most of the drivers I noticed who were getting gas go inside for a shopping spree and leave their car at the pump instead of finding a parking spot so others may also get gas. Previous. Traffic needs to be marshaled. It is just all over the place and traffic rules go out the window when in the parking lot. Review. My poor wife had to wait in a 5 minute line to get into the bathroom. Taken down. Shopping inside here is about as much fun as getting ophthalmic surgery with a chainsaw. By snowflakes. Just go across the freeway to Loves (not in any way associated) and save yourself a coronary. The fun is truly gone. Rock solid 1 star cause the staff were friendly and helpful. Stopped at Buccees. Just got gas, didn't go in. This stop was convenient because they have so many gas pumps. It is super crowded but the lanes and parking lot so organized. They even have a doggy spot. This is one of my favorite locations when traveling. read more

I still cant believe I am born and raised Texas and this is the 4th time I have been to one of these fine locations. The merch, and all the snacks. Makes any road trip worth having complete. You cant go on a road trip and not stop off at Buc-ee's. I finally tried out the nuggets which were pretty good. My all time favorite is the chopped Brisket sandwich. It is absolutely magic. Hits the spot everytime, and keep you full for a good while. read more
Omgsh Can I just move in here? Open 24/7, cleanest restrooms I've ever seen in USA and huge so lots of privacy even for men ( says hubby) Like a city in here, yummy bakery, scones amazing, sausage in a stick, lots of food and junk food, you pay on your way out. Staff friendly and plenty of them all over. Read they pay very well and treat their staff well, you gotta be doing something right to maintain this excellence Highly recommend this stop even if you don't need gas. They don't allow commercial trucks btw They even have an online store. This location looks fairly new, great stop between Houston and San Antonio I am no longer missing my Starbucks read more

I have always said that this place has the cleanest, and the largest, group of bathrooms. The food here is always fresh, and it is dated and timestamped for freshness. I just noticed that they started making homemade tortillas, great. Their coffee is always hot, 200°, and also very fresh. The gasoline prices are reasonable. read more

I can no longer do a road trip without passing up a stop at bucees. We always get the overbites. Today we also got the banana pudding and it was wholesome goodness. The toilets are massive in number and mostly full! Kinda reminded me of Amsterdam red light district for some odd reason without the eye candy. read more

Great place to stop and gas up. I use to love the coffee. I have been told that they have changed the coffee supplier and the medium coffee is way too strong. So now I have to cut it with water to make it tolerable. read more

How many gas pumps does the Buc-ees in Luling Texas have?
They have a huge gas area. Just an estimate from my photos, but since there are 2 at every post...I'd say 20. I didn't see anyone waiting, even though, it was busy. Hope you find this, too!!
Does anyone know how to get ahold of the managers at this store?
They walk the store regularly. They wear white collared shirts. I see them most every time I shop there.
How much are the fire pits?
Varies from $59.00 to 1599.00. There is a real nice fire pit for about $159.00.
Do they sell bait at this location?
i'M NOT SURE IF ANY bUC-CEES SELLS BAIT. i'VE NEVER LOOKED SPECIFICALLY FGOR IT BUT i HAVE NEVER SEEN IT AT ANY LOCATION.
