Update 9/12/24: Spoke with a manager named Karen. Karen is extremely rude, condescending and immature. If she spoke to me how she did... i wonder how she treats her employees. Karen is the remote manager and is in charge of all the ones in Colorado Springs. Karen needs to learn customer service. Karen should not be a manager with how she handles things. I would avoid this place like the black plague. I would avoid this place at all costs. I came here in February to get dry needling done (was told its possible.) When I arrived at PT... I was told that they cant do any dry needling around the "lung field." The PT person put 1 needle into my neck and I left right after. I had no evaluation, no exercises and really NO HELP. Select billed my insurance for a full visit. They bill my insurance almost $400... and for what? They didnt do anything. I would avoid this place like the plague. They obviously have no issue committing insurance fraud. Someone was supposed to reach back out to me with 24-48 hours on August 22nd and still no word. I was told how much each visit would cost at the beginning of my therapy only to have their billing department bill me a different amount once my therapy was over. I made the required payment at each visit and was told by the office that I was completely paid up with no balance due. I then received statements that told a completely different story. The statements that I received were very confusing - showing that I had paid on one page and then on the second page showed that I had not paid at all. The customer service representative was more interested in talking over me than actually helping me solve the problem. The whole billing confusion and frustration has cemented the fact that I will never return to ORA!

Oh WoW! Oh WoW! Oh WoW! Shari is a miracle worker! I feel…read moreso blessed that I was introduced to her and took the opportunity to go see her. I was a little skeptical at first but she has made me a believer big time! What I mean by this is that I am able to move much, MUCH better now. I have been in so much pain that it's been hard for me to function, difficult to sit, stand, walk and even sleep. My pain level, I would say is a high 9! Normally, after I get a massage, I would feel better for a couple of hours and then back to the painful body. Today, I feel much lighter and the pain level has subsided. Not only did Shari work on my back and body pain, she helped me to be able to breathe normal again! Since I've moved to Colorado a little over 20 years ago, I've developed allergies and it has gotten worse. After leaving her place, I am able to breathe normal again. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
