You can use a lock but you need to leave your ID. I always bring my own bathrobe and towel as I don't like the quality of the ones they have same with the towels. I did how ever get one white towel that became soaking wet and impossible to dry as you know it happens at spas. I was not a fan of the "tour" we took it really wasn't needed. The man who walks around whispered so low that I couldn't hear a thing plus I already have bad hearing so I was just walking around enjoying the view. He took his job very seriously rushing around sushing people.... I understand you want silence like if he could hear a sound he would pounce on them. In a way it was good because it was super quiet which really allowed you to relax and than it was a bit hard to relax because he was waking around non stop. Giving tours, shushing ppl and doing maintenance. Favorite parts about the spa: Loved the river, it was -5 and super slippery to get to but it was worth it doing the full thermal experience. The hammock that was on top of the river was really cool and relaxing not a popular spot in the winter so I enjoyed it all. Eucalyptus steam room was lovely very strong but the shower didn't work inside.. Dry sauna the bigger one was awesome. Not so fav parts about the spa: Needs some renovations Should be able to Switch out towels. Be able to bring your own lunch as the "bistro" was dead and not great as I read on trip advisor. Towel dryer maybe for people to use. Not have the tour with someone that doesn't speak really. Maybe just a map or lines and better signs.

My bouquet had feathers in it so she kept with that theme. My veil fit nice too. The salon is very pleasant and the staff is super friendly. There is coffee available. Prices are more than reasonable. My hair cost me $30.00+tip! For the nails I saw Caroline Boulanger who is now working at Catimini full-time. She is so talented and my nails were amazing!! The place: I suppose you wouldn't expect to find a high-end hair salon up here, but here you shall find it. The salon is bright and spacious, and offers a common table where there are always snacks (yay!) and magazines, and someone will always offer you coffee or water. Also, the salon is very clean - the owners have a thing about cleanliness and you won't hear any complaints from me about that! The goods: First, my hairdresser is Guillaume - I don't use anyone else. He's awesome. He can cut and style hair like nobody's business and I've never left the salon disappointed. Love him. I rarely color my hair but once a year I decide to go with highlights. On these occasions, I always work with Zoe, who is one of D&G's colorists. She also rocks and does a fantastic job 'creating' color that looks great on you. Service: Great. Price point: Well, it's not cheap. If you're only doing a cut + style, it'll run you about $70, I think. If you're doing highlights or any kind of treatment, it will obviously be more expensive. Check their rates before booking so you don't get any surprises. If you want to go on a Saturday, make sure you book in advance - they're usually always booked.

I had been seeing different therapists over the years all over the world and she is really the top! Jodie uses many different techniques and very intuitive. She had an extensive training and focused on integrating different techniques for the most efficient results. I never felt better just after a few sessions with her! She is also a wonderful yoga teacher and achieves so much in an hour what appears to be gentle, yet the result are the same when I have a 2 hour Hatha Yoga class. I wish I lived near by so I could come regularly and not just summers. She has a center in Montreal and just recently relocated to Val David in a very charming home-great asset for the community. I will definitely be back to see her when I return.
