She said custom bumpers range from $1,400 to 1,600 including coating plus $635 for a winch with a 5 day timeline from dropping the truck off to picking the truck up. I did not have the winch wired in because I wanted to do that myself. I dropped the truck off July 11, Monday morning, I asked for a quote for sliders and a rear winch in addition to the front bumper. I was informed that I would receive the quote later in the week and that they would need the truck an additional week to do the work. On Wednesday I followed up about the quote I was waiting for and I was told they were too busy to do the sliders and the rear winch but they would still need my truck until the following week. On the following Monday, July 18th, I followed up to see what day I could expect to pick up my truck, I received a reply that they would get back to me later in the day, on Tuesday I had to follow up again to get a response that they were going to do their best to have it ready by Friday. On Thursday I received a call that my truck was ready for pick up, which was good news. When I arrived I was presented with an invoice for just shy of $5,600!!!! More than double the amount that I was quoted over the phone. I admit my mistake was not getting the quote in writing. There was no notice provided by them at any time before I dropped the truck off or while it was in their shop about the additional fees they were planning to charge, which added up to over $3,000, again, more than double the initial quote. The bumper looks great but the winch is not accessible and the free spool knob is nearly impossible to reach. I'm going to have to take the bumper back off to wire the winch and I hope that I can clock the clutch housing forward so that I will be able to access the free spool knob without cutting an access hole in the bumper. Overall I'm left feeling like I got ripped off big time at Big Country Customs.

I posted photos of his crap work on his FB page and he quickly deleted them. I have posted the same photos of his poor work on another review and they are there for all to see. Be cautious when dealing with this individual, he is misleading and not the technical nor professional that he claims he is. Very disappointed in in the work and his unethical practices. Terrible experience and calling names to his customer really goes a long way in the promotion of a business. I could have bought a brand new trailer for the amount he charged.

They have a 2015 Honda Pilot with 9,825KMS and an asking price of $39,995. In my initial conversation with Eduardo Guillo where I made an offer that was not accepted; however, Eduardo informed me via email that the lowest price that the owners of Kabani would accept is $39,470. Over the last four days, we continued to discuss the Pilot and decided yesterday, Sunday, April 10th, 2022, that would engage with the dealership again to make an offer. This time around we dealt with Summit K. Biswas. Over a period of 3 hours, we communicated via text and phone. During this period, we discussed the value of their $299 administration fee and further negotiated on price. With each offer, Summit returned to the owners of the dealership to present my offer and continuously kept coming back in writing that they would not accept anything less than $39,000. We came to the decision that we would pay the price and provided Summit with my credit card over the phone, and it was charged with a $1000 non-refundable deposit I planned to fly to Vancouver to pick up the SUV. Approximately, a half-hour later I received a text message from Summit, stating that the boss there is no discount on that vehicle, yet last week they were prepared to take $500 off. Over the course of the negotiation process, Summit contacted the owners of the dealership more than three (3) times to discuss the price and then revoked our agreement and wanted me to pay full price. The reason given, is the owners didn't have good cell service and didn't hear the offer correctly, yet they were very familiar with the conversation I had the previous week with Eduardo and the offer. Whatever you decide to do with this dealership and its owners be VERY CAREFUL. They are not ethical and do NOT operate with integrity.
