This is the second vehicle I've purchased and they have been nothing but awesome! First time was after and accident and while I came there for one model, he recommended one that would be better in my price range. Lasted until I was at the tail end of a collision This time I went for a new car as I had come into a small inheritance and the Echo I was driving was ok for what I needed and could afford at the time. What a pathetic joke of a business, run by the sketchiest bunch of Iranian crooks I have ever seen. The sales manager is not the least bit interested in his customers, seeing as he is walking in and out of the place all day. I came to test drive a car and it was still in the mechanic's shop when I got there. He took it off the lift, and I took it out for a test drive. The low tire pressure light came on. I came back the next day, the light was still on and another maintenance light came on. And to top it off, the speedometer needle stopped working, and when I got back, the lot attendant was lying to another customer right in front of me. The fact that these people can look anyone in the eyes and attempt to sell these pieces of junk means they must hate their customers. Stay far away. Let this entire place sink into the ocean like every other obsolete industry on this island. Zero stars. read more

I don't recommend this company They didn't fix anything and not responsible for I paid only $4,000 cash for Toyota My budget is 3,000~3,500 And wanna 2003 Acura or 2005 PT Cruiser I don't like Toyota for design But suddenly I found 2003 Toyota Avalon very similar to my previous car is comfortable Though I had appointment test drive 2003 Acura & 2005 PT Cruiser some car dealers I went to the Tala and bought $4,000 cash At that time I clearly asked about warranty and extension They said "NO PROBLEM anytime we can do it" but I found some problem when 2nd driving after joined insurance. The problems are *Turn on the light of Engine *Oil leaking around engine *very big noise near break(I had recording) *Out of order Wiper not simple *The part that operates the Wiper is out of order *Turn off the light of front so dark when drive at night They many times told me You got the Toyota Very cheap price So car key is power off (need battery) They didn't give me spare car key They didn't fix anything for I paid only $4,000 cash for Toyota I told them about only 1 of problems And I visited next day as the seller speak but they told me come here next week again yes I did it but they said "we don't have time now' next week we can fix it" third time visiting today the owner said arrogant & ignore to me "we can't fix it you can refund I'll give you $4,000" you kidding? Convinced my teenage son to go over his budget as they would offer a warranty. Two weeks after buying the car it broke. We had to pay to have it towed to their business where they refused to honor the warranty and we had to pay to have it towed back off their property. I am now starting the process of suing them for breach of contract through small claims court. Hung up on us on the phone and wouldn't respond to emails. Very very unprofessional. came to check out a car here from a posting in Craigslist, Manny greeted me in the front door and show me where the car was , i was then freely start the car up , walk around + examine the car . Manny took me on a test drive around the block to show the car is all mechanically sound. I have recently purchased a vehicle from Tala and happy to report that the vehicle so far meets and even exceeds my expectations. If the car continues to perform well, this will have been an excellent purchase indeed. In my opinion they have good prices (most of their cars there seem to be under $10k) and also have a good range / selection of used vehicles on their lot; even more cars in their showroom. The folks running the show there are super cool and everyone really does make you feel like you are part of the family. Although they seem quite busy there (and that's a good sign I suppose), they were always ready to answer any questions I had and were not pushy at all. Anastasia is fun to be around, seems good at her job, and makes you feel welcome. My experience with Tala Auto was so different from these other reviews. I don't get it.. These guys and girl were so easy to work with. Least pushy salespeople I ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. Super laid back, gave me plenty of time to browse and think about my decision without any pressure. I bought a 2008 Ford Escape that had just come in the day we walked in. We got a very fair price considering the low mileage. Haven't had any real issues with this car thus far and we've had it for 7 months. I would definitely buy from here again. The only thing I could say critically would be that they could be a bit more organized when dealing with customers, though, I understand the business can be pretty hectic at times. False Advertising, less than honest servicing. Bought a 2005 Volvo 3 months ago for 3500.00. In the past 3 months I've had to return to Tala on 2 separate occasions, and see another mechanic out of my own pocket as the coolant continues to disappear. As I drive around with 3 kids, something like the coolant running out in the middle of the highway leaving us stranded, is a very immediate problem. I notified Tala Auto Group of my concerns and was told both times the problem was solved. The problem continues to occur and as I need to focus on the safety of my family I have now had to purchase a new vehicle. If they had focused more on the quality of the vehicle they were selling and less on the money I would have had an entirely different experience. Even if they didnt mean to sell me a vehicle that had a critical issue, once they realized they had, they should have taken responsibility and offered a real solution. VERY DISAPPOINTING. When I called to voice my concerns, they advised It was my fault for driving 5000 km in 3 months. I work 5 days a week and drive from Maple Ridge to Burnaby for work which equates to 5400km on average every 3 months .... I hardly believe that this is a valid excuse for poor quality service. read more

They had an insurance broker onsite already - smooth and easy transaction. Anastasia was great to deal with - very to-the-point and no nonsense. They sold my family an early 2000's Mercedes and gave us a carfax which stated that it never had an accident on it. fast forward two years we go to trade the car into a mini dealership. NINE accidents adding up to 30,000 dollars in damages. They said "we can't give you the full amount of what you paid for the car because it has depreciated, you are trying to take advantage of us". A little hard to find but quickly became the best car buying experience of our lives. Staff was great and friendly. They worked on pricing with us. No pressure to buy .We told them what we had to spend and what we were looking for and what we needed. Our car looks like it came out of a show room. It's under warranty for 3 years At an add cost but they work with us on that price too. They told us if we had any problems with the car to call them and they would take car of it right away. I bought an 03 Hyundai Accent from them in February and it has lots of issues, at first Manny said he would fix everything, but has yet to fix it. The check engine light has been on since I bought the car, was told it needed a new gas cap, turns out to be a lot more than that. This car is harder on gas than a full size pick up, takes $70 to fill and lucky to get 300km to a tank, there is a noise coming from the front driver side wheel, sounds like a wheelbaring or something, Manny says it's nothing but I know it's something. Manny told me I could bring it back and pick something else, by time he had something else I was interested in he wouldn't return any emails. I still owe him some money on this car but I figure with what I already paid him I over paid by everything I paid, this car is worthless. Best advice I can give anyone thinking of buying from this scammer is get the car checked out by a garage before you buy it from them. They claim every car is inspected, that is 100% bullsh*t, when I bought my car the drivers rear door didn't open and they didn't know. They did fix that with glue, it was the handle that was broken and all they did was glue it. read more
